I went to dinner with my partner on 5/20 at your Clovis NM restaurant. The food was some of the best I've had at any of your stores. Great new menu items. What made our meal however, was the service. Our server, Kass was exceptional! The best tableside service I have experienced in a long time. Very professional, company dedicated, but one can tell that her customer's experience is her primary concern! Thank You for the pleasant dining experience Kass. We will see you again!
Comida excelente, Servicio de ? Muy agradable ambiente
Very nice place. Staff and manager are so friendly and professional. The manager at Red Lobster is awesome. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a friendly place to dine in. Delicious sea food. The best.!!! ♥️
This is the second Time in three months I have been here. Both times we waited between 2-2 1/2 hrs. each time. The restaurant was not swamped. It took approximately 45 mins. to get our drinks, we ordered our food same time as our drinks. We decided to go back , because it was my Birthday. We had 2 all you can eat shrimp, and a kids meal Mac & cheese. We received one order each. The other came as we were leaving.
Friendly staff and great quality food. The wait is not so bad if ordering online through the app. If something was not to your liking they made sure to make it right. Pretty good place to go seeing as that this is a small town and there are many other places that won’t treat you as a customer like this place does. Will be visiting again and I recommend this place to others who are reading this. I buy gift cards from here a lot and hand them out.
Ordered online with a wait time of 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Okay that’s fine I’m a patient person. I go to pick up at curbside after the allotted time. I call and they tell me they will be right out. 15 minutes goes by and I call again and they said let me check your order and proceed to put me on hold for 5 minutes. I hang up and call again then proceed to tell me my ordered has not been started on and to wait because they are busy. I tell them my order was supposed to be ready over 2 hours ago and she proceeds to tell me would you like to talk to a manager. Here I am on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a manager and almost 2 and a half hours after I ordered. I’d give them less stars if I could. I’m sure my food will be rushed. Typical Clovis and I’m surprised they didn’t blame COVID.
4 out of 4 times visiting there my food has been hot and delicious! Our waitresses have been attentive and friendly and they keep it super clean in there. I will continue to go back. I eat my food so fast I don't even think about pictures but next time I will make sure to take some.
I typically love every experience at red lobster, and never really leave reviews but this one left me awake all night due to food poisoning. I felt there was something off with the lobster bits but I convinced myself it was all in my head. Fast forward to midnight and I was very much not okay. I spent all night and much of the morning unable to keep any liquids down. Only now at lunch time am I able to hold water, still haven't eaten yet because I'm not trying to risk it. It's hard to shake the fear of food poisoning so I won't be coming back. Besides that what I'm assuming was the manager seemed like a nice guy and checked on us throughout along with the waitress
When we finally got our order taken, it came out in a timely manner. We had several people order the endless shrimp. It always starts with 2 plates of shrimp then you get one plate each "refill" well we'd all finished both plates and were sitting for a while before we got to order a 3rd plate. Which of course cause you to get fuller. We've been there before and the second our food came. The waitress took our next plate order. THAT should be the standard, rather than trying to cheat us.
Absolutely awful. Can’t even count on Red Lobster. The biscuits were terrible, and food was disgusting despite me going at a time when there were no other diners. They had me waiting for pickup for 20 minutes before I finally got upset and called. Definitely won’t repeat.I will say this to ANYONE that is not local to this town or region in general. If you are from the Northeast, Southeast, California, etc you will likely not like ANY of the food here or in cities within driving distance. All of the mom and pop places taste awful, and the franchise locations are plagued with employees who do not take pride in their work, making even safe bet franchise food inedible. I don’t know what it is with this part of New Mexico/Texas but they have not experienced real food so don’t know how bad their food tastes. The only solution if you are new to the region is to COOK your own food. Even if you’re not the best cook, it will taste better than the options available to you. Sorry, it’s true. It took me several months before I realized this. I have yet to find ANYTHING here that I can rely on to eat.
