ordered on the app after several attempts of it not working and couldnt figure out why then i found out i was not able to select light cheese even though it is an option but before that i called and was told i could only get the price of that deal online took me 30 minutes to order pizza through the app (almost gave up). Finally ordered, the app stated it would be 15 minutes so i waited, then drove to the establishment and waited another 30 minutes for my order not to mention it of stock items mushrooms, dr pepper, etc.
The service was great!!! And Carl the manager was very professional and courteous.
I actually arrived a few minutes late to pick up my order. Decided to go inside to pick it up. Your app showed my order was ready for pickup. Stood in line behind one other person. It looked like he had been assisted, but no one offered to help me, until I spoke to one of the servers. It still took over 10 minutes, closer to 15, for them to locate and bring my order to me. I am not happy with the lack of service, or the incompetence whichever it was.
They don't make customers park using the drive-thru lane if their pizza isn't ready. They allow people to sit in line for 30 minutes despite your food being ready to be picked up.
One pizza was missing the pepperoni we ordered. Otherwise everything was excellent.
Every long lines for pick up. Very hard to reach a manager or anyone to update an order. When I finally got my food it was cold. I ordered stuffed crust and got normal. After such a long wait I just left but very upsetting
