We were looking for some famous New Mexican red and green chili and boy, did we find it! Showed up at 2pm on a Wednesday and the place was packed. Clearly a local favorite. Left quite full- no dinner needed tonight!
This is a really interesting Mexican restaurant! The food here is amazing, although I could say that the barbacoa was a bit too greasy for me, but given what we have in Clovis, this was better than some of the other places that I’ve been to. And overall, this place was better than some of the other popular Mexican restaurants in the area as far as friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency! Even though I don’t come here as often, I will be coming back here!

This was my first time eating at Mi Cocina, and they did not disappoint. The food was beyond expectation; we ordered the asada fries and a burrito smothered in the white queso. Both were delicious! You know the food is good when you're too busy eating to talk! The service was 5-star also. Our waitress was going nonstop tending to multiple tables, but still made sure to check in on us several times. We've agreed we're 100% going back again!
Awesome food, friendly staff and atmosphere
Fantastico! The restaurant has an extensive selection and a breakfast menu that is served all day. The carne asada is cooked and flavored perfectly while the chips and salsa are addictively good. I'm glad I got some breakfast to go; I can't wait for my next visit!!!
Very good breakfast. My husband had the Chili Verde and said it was great. It is also highly recommended by the locals.I had the barbacoa, and that was very good as well.Very nice and very friendly atmosphere. We will definitely come back the next time we come through.

One of my family’s favorite places to eat. The brisket burritos are bomb. Love the chile verde and asado. Everyone is very friendly.If you plan to go on the weekend in the morning, go early. If not you’ll have a hard time finding parking.
Absolutely incredible! The food was amazing and a good price. The restaurant was busy, but service was friendly and we got our food quickly. Highly recommend and we’ll be back next time we are in Clovis!
