Friendly employees and the manager was really nice.It wasn't too busy when we came in about 10:15 for breakfast and she even brought our order to our table with a smile.The food tasted fantastic and the coffee was fresh.If you're ever out this way, you have to stop in to fill your stomach.
Really don't like saying bad reviews on places of business, but everyone knows, you always get COLD French Fries ? at McDonald's, the Coffee is GREAT, BUT, why do they have it hidden where you can't see them pour your Coffee...!!!???

Employees are great, Upper management is not. They're constantly understaffing the establishment and asking sick people to work. They also asked myself to come in whenever I had just found out my family had gotten covid completely disregarding the quarantine procedures. They also routinely cut peoples hours and then make it harder for the regular workers to do their jobs. Overall a terrible place to work.
This location is the best one in town, they know what they're doing and when I go to McDonald's, I go here.
I got a happy meal for my daughter and I wanted a medium fry. Instead of the small ones that came with it. I wouldn't have mind paying for the medium fry. So when I got to the first window I asked the young lady to repeat my order and she did. I also asked if she was sure that the price was correct because I wanted a medium fry and not the to small fries. I told her I would pay for them. She told me no that she was going to let them know up front to put a medium fry with my order. Now when I get to the 2nd window there was no medium fry. Again I explained to them what I wanted and told them that the young lady in the back said she was going to tell you guys yo put a medium fry with my order. Well come to find out she didn't. I told the young lady at the 2nd window that I would pay for it. She said no it was their fault, but for future reference the happy meal they don't substitute. If the lady that took my order had said that in the first place I would have add a medium fry. But of course she didn't say that. I worked in fast food too and I would have asked before just letting the customer hold up the line.
It's been so long since we have had an actual pleasant experience at or from McDonalds here in Clovis. Expanding to 3 was such a blunder. Do we really need 3? If it's so hard to find workers,and food is constantly cold, ill-prepared, and wait times are always high; shut one down, divide those kids to the other two and perhaps productivity and efficiency will be better. Spent 50 bucks for the family, half of it was thrown away. I'm not wasting my gas or time to drive back and HOPE it's fixed. This was our last time getting mcdonalds, here...
