Clean, prompt and fantastic customer service!
Idk what's up, but orders that cost more more 20 bucks they tend to mess up. Idk how you confuse Mac and cheese bowl with coleslaw, like I did fast food for years and not hard to get orders right. . Last week asked for a 12 pc tenders only and Definitely did not get that. I was hoping after they reopened this place would change, but guess not. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. I advise go somewhere else.
The chicken tasted different. It seems they mix old & new pieces when ordering. Biscuits were fresh. Gravy was completely watered down, it didn't even color the mashed potatoes. Portions of one side was half full. Prices were outrageous! OWNER OF THIS KFC: PLEASE ADDRESS ISSUES WITH MIXING OLD & NEW PIECES OF CHICKEN PLUS WATERING DOWN THE GRAVY. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. OBVIOUSLY, THESE ARE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE SEVERAL REVIEWS MENTION THEM. BY ALLOWING THESE PROBLEMS TO CONTINUE THEY REFLECT BADLY ON THE CITY OF CLOVIS, NM.
Management has the worst customer service and are extremely rude. I ordered a 12 piece and paid extra for breast and thigh and only recieved an 8 piece. Management had the worst attitude about it.
Extremely rude staff, manager said quote “not my problem” when their soda fountain was out of order and refused to fill drinks behind the counter.
Food is good like always, but sometimes they use the tenders for the famous bowls instead of the other chicken. And most importantly, ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!! They overcharge/charge you for things you didn’t buy, and never give out receipts to cover themselves. I even asked why my total was almost $20 when all I ordered was 3 drumsticks and a drink, and she just said that’s how much it cost, when a quick fact-checking google search says no, the menu was right. Not that expensive. I know clovis doesn’t have many food options, but we shouldn’t have to worry about being overcharged ?
First time coming in since the remodel. Staff was fantastic, food was quick and fresh. Restaurant was very clean.
if i could give -100 i would. third time they have messed up and today they gave me 4 short the pieces and did not make it crispy and did not give the tenders. they did not give the correct sides.. i mean how in heck do you mess up so much at one time HOW... Been trying to call them for over 30 mins and no answer... I will report to my card company with this if they do not and I will warn everyone not to try on social media.. what the heck you redid the place to just keep messing up... I want a full refund
An amazing restaurant to eat at great food and service.
Sitting in drive through for 5 minutes, all employees must be asleep, will never eat here again, what an insult to fried chicken!
