Bathrooms were dirty, wasnt even asked what i wanted to drink within the first 20 minutes, drinks didnt come out for another 20-30 minutes then forgot our order and added something else onto it, didnt know the menu and was confused by my order of a Spicy Pablano Fajita, my order had only steak, eggs, cheese, and avocado... no spice, onion, bellpeppers, jalapenos, etc., our Chicken and Pancakes had no sauces, and no syrup anywhere to be seen. I can understand that it was a bad time as apparently someone walked out and left the other server(s) but that doesnt excuse some of these problems. Also theres no fire extinguisher by the emergency exit, just an empty case where one should be.
Several open tables... 2 couples ahead of me waiting to be seated. They said they were there for 15 minutes. I wanted to place a to go order, but the short blondish/reddish headed girl had no clue what was going on. All workers disappeared to the back. I waited another 10 minute for service. Never received any. Me a one other couple left because of bad service. Sunday morning 11am.
After waiting for over an hour our food came out cold and they brought the wrong omelette, The server said "I know its the wrong one i will tell the cook to make the right one" but it never came out. The staff was very rude and our server and some other woman in the back fought constantly and when we went to pay we were told the server walked out. We will never darken the doorstep of this place again. This place has always had good food but the staff have always been horrible.
terrible service. went to order a to go order, ended up leaving due to no service at all. a few other people left as well.
I would like to acknowledge the manager on duty today as she handled my missing food from my delivery. she was very understanding as the food i was missing was for my 2 year old and he only eats what was missing. she made sure i got the items needed in such a professional manner! you guys don't get enough credit for dealing with what you have to in customer service! food was great by the way!
Ordered through DoorDash for delivery. Did not receive 2 items. Contacted store talked to manager & she told me I had to drive to store for missing items even though we paid extra for delivery. Where is logic in that? I was then told I was being very rude & she was correct in that. Called back for manager's 1st name & when I asked her to spell it (Sharequa????) she said she doesn't give that information out and I was hung up on. If you choose to do business with this store good luck.
Sadly it was not clean when we came in. The tables had particles of food left on them and the floors were dirty. The prices are good and our food was okay.
Horrible service! We were told the waiting time was approximately 30 min so we sat and waited for more than an hour only to find out we had been scratched off without ever being called. If I could rate 0 I would
Had to ask the waitress multiple times for the same thing. Brought out our food an hour after ordering it. Brought out plates one at a time 2 were cold 1 plate was raw. Had to ask for a certain sauce to with our plates of food. Took forever bringing condiments to the the table. Then made a smart remark " my cook saved you $10 " Will not go here again.
I guess we were there at a bad time but our breakfast was horrible. The gravy was just warmed up milk. We both ordered eggs over easy and they were so hard you couldn't cut them. Sent the back and they sent raw eggs on a plate back out. I will never be back
