I'll start with the only positive I see in this transaction. The delivery lady was very nice and pleasant to talk with. She's responsible for the 1 star. I ordered 1 pizza that I was told would arrive in 45 minutes. It was an hour when it arrived, which is not too big of a deal. But, the pizza was not even close to being warm enough to enjoy. When I called to give their mgmt a heads up, I was told the managers were busy and could not take my call. Obviously, there will not be any of our business going to the local domino's. Pathetic
I have always loved Dominoes Pizza. It’s my favorite out of all the pizza franchises. We have eaten at Dominies at many different locations, the pizza is always great, and the service fabulous. However, I was greatly disappointed when we stopped by Dominoes in Clovis, NM. It was on 4/13/22, about 4:30. My 2 teenage kids and I stopped by there to relax and spend time together. When we walked up to the counter a Hispanic male (glasses, full beard, mid 30’s) left us standing on the counter and walked off with a bad attitude. A very young, black girl waited on us. My son did the ordering. The young black female had a very bad attitude, she was rude, looked angry, and was very impatient. Her whole demeanor was very hostile. Both her and the Hispanic male had the same attitude. We decided to dine in. Upon receiving our pizza, we were disappointed. We had ordered 2 large pizzas; a ham and pineapple pizza, and a beef with jalapeños. Both pizza hardly had any toppings in them. They each had about 6 pieces of pepperoni and 6 tiny pieces of beef each. They were so bare I was shocked! Even my son was upset. He works at a pizza place too. He said he’d be ashamed to send a pizza out like that. We paid for cheese. What a rip off. We didn’t complain about it because the whole staff at this establishment were rude, angry, bad attitudes; slamming boxes around, giving us ugly looks while we were waiting. It would’ve turned ugly if we had voiced a complaint. Bottom line! There are many pizza establishments in Clovis, save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your business. This place sucks! Bad service! Bad pizzas ! It’s not worth it! I would leave no stars if I could. Even giving this place 1 star is too much!
Poor customer service, the manager was on her personal phone while making pizza while it was slammed and the parking lot was full of online pickup orders because they weren't delivering.
We have had no good experience the last 4 time's we have tried to ordered. All of a sudden what we always order we have to have a card to pay. And we have had rude service at the store. They won't even talk to us. They either hang up, put us on hold or tell us they aren't taking any orders at all. I just don't understand.
Took awhile before I got my food. But I understand, everyone is shorthanded now a days. Pizza ? was good.
Best custom pizza builder, plus best pizza imo. Xlg Brooklyn style with salami and cheddar omg pizza heaven
This place is a very unprofessional business. Whoever answered the phone clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. The one who finally decided to answer the window was very ugly as well. Poor service.
I ordered a veggie pizza. When I got home and my kid bit into the first slice, I realized they had put meat on it. Upon calling the restaurant we were informed that because someone had taken a bite, they would not replace it. If you're a vegetarian, do not order from here, as they do not care to get the order right or fix it when they mess up. The fact that they would not replace a vegetarian pizza that they put meat on because someone took a bite before realizing they had screwed up is mind blowing. Poor preparation and poor customer service give this one star.
The gluten-free pizza, marinara cheese, and spinach/feta bread was delicious.I was very disappointed on the delivery.I tipped over 20% and the delivery driver refused to walk up the stairs to deliver the pizza.First it took 20 minutes for him to get to my residence (8 minute drive), then he sat in his car for another 7 minutes, I waved him down and said this is the place. As I waited for him to bring up the items he leaned over the wall and said he was winded (he literally walked 5 steps)I had already waited over an hour and a half for my food. So I walked closer so he wouldn't have to walk down the hallway, he wouldn't move from the wall.Needless to say, I had to go down the stairs (I have an injured back so this was a chore) and retrieve my food.Food was warm not hot, but still really good (maybe because we were starving, hahaha)Would have been 5 stars for food, but again delivery was horrible.
We have had much better from domino's. Quality has gone down and our order was wrong. Wasn't worth the fight. ?
