I enjoyed my burger here. The menu was expansive with many more options. I’d like to return and try the chicken fried steak. But until then, the service was good, and my plate was clean by the end of the meal.
Always something wrong anytime I’ve ordered here. First they forgot to give the dasher drinks, second time they replaced my deserts and third time on top of replacing deserts again, it came with an eyelash!!! And the second desert was missing the ice cream part ! Keep in mind each time I called before ordering to make sure it was all in stock and it still wasn’t. The food tastes good but the attention to detail and staff atitude is trash when you call and complain about it.
Service was great, food was good. Enjoyed the fried mushrooms with ranch. Chicken tenders were really a nice size. Good flavored sauces
The food was decent, but the chicken salad sandwich tasted more like a patty melt than chicken. The salads were great. The hummingbird cake was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but understaffed so the floors and tables needed to be bused.
Good food with even better service, my server Ana made sure my complicated order was correct and made sure everything was served promptly and correct. She definitely made my overall Cotton Patch experience a great one! 9/10 food and 10/10 service!
Hope was an excellent server. The food was great. The manager, Ethan, was very polite. I will definitely eat at Cotton patch again.
Should be called the Cotton Pinch Cafe. Always out of what’s on the menu. It’s a constant trend. Every time I’ve visited, the waiter comes back to my table and tells me they are out of what I’ve asked for. On the first visit, it was the maple bacon bites This most recent visit was fried green tomatoes. It’s just sad at this point, and I won’t be returning.
Excellent! Fresh and delicious food. Fast and friendly service. I thought it was a Dennys knockoff. I was wrong. So glad I stopped in. Can’t recommend the chicken fried steak enough, and don’t miss the jalapeño white gravy (pictured)!!
Tried ordering deep fried mushrooms, or fried green tomatoes or deep fried pickles as appetizers but they were out of all three. Also out of avocado. I had a delicious Cobb salad and sweet tea. Not the same without avocado but such is life. I would definatly go back. Food and service were great!
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I've given them 3 tried and they have failed miserably every time. Food takes forever, comes out cold, comes out wrong, if it can go wrong it 100% will. We waited 50 minutes for food and still nothing. The table in front of us ordered food 15 minutes after us and got their food first. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Service is terrible!
