Online ordering and curbside pickup is super easy and convenient. Food is prepared and packaged well and tastes better than surrounding chain restaurants in my opinion. I ordered shrimp tacos that were separated by parchment paper to hold shape and prevent sogging. Side of broccoli was placed in a food safe bag and rice was in a container. It’s the little details that matter. The food is always packaged well, clean and neat. Well done. Hopefully they stick with whatever they’re doing now. The containers and preparation/packaging for food is good… noticed previous reviews and pictures, definitely glad they made some changes.
Sunshine really made the flight crew have an amazing night here at chili’s! Her name really described her personality and we all had a better night having her as our server. Will be coming back to see sunshine sometime! ☀️

The worst waitress I've had in a long time. After waiting for a cold appetizer and the waitress ignored us for 30-45 minutes, never even offering us a refill. She catered to a table of young men that she seemed much more interested in. Ended up going to Walmart and making steak at home.
I ordered the Triple Sampler with egg rolls, big mouth bites, and chicken strips. The chicken strips were burnt and were hard as a rock. My dogs couldn't even eat them. The eggrolls we're raw on the outside like raw dough.
I've gone in there several times and I've never had any problem with them I've gone in there to do repairs on the property as well and all I've ever asked for in repayment for the work I do is good lunches I'm always working so I figure I deserve a good lunch for working so hard. All I can say about Shelly's is there food is good the quality is good and the ladies that serve me are in good shape to. And I don't mind having a beer now and then. Probably one of my favorite places in town to eat. The food is always good, and we always have left overs. They seem a little undermanned so sometimes the food can take awhile.

We stopped by this location on a recent trip because we have always had good food and service at other locations. This place is bad! There’s just no other way to put it. I got food poisoning from eating here, to the point that I had to go see my physician about it. Two days of violent vomiting and three days of sitting on the pot! Never again will I ever stop at this location. The food was awful and my drink tasted like it had alcohol residue in it. Yes I reported this to the health and food administration in New Mexico.
It takes forever to get a drink refill when you're eating, and it takes too long for someone to clean off tables so more customers can be seated. Mackey used to interact with the customers and make sure everyone was ok, he went from table to table and made the place feel hometown friendly. I'm not even sure who the manager is anymore, as the whole place has just blurred into unfriendly, unsmiling faces. Bring back the happy faces! It's just not the Chili's I remember...
