It is impossible to get hot food from this place. I don't care if you pull over to eat it in the parking lot ( we did). The last trip was even worse. They had us wait for ten minutes just to bring us cold food.
Just went by here and got a fully loaded croissant. Gave me old croissant,and egg wasn't good. Never going to this location again.
Although the food was as expected and the girl who took our order was friendly and a pleasure to talk to, while eating I was privileged to watch employees exit the building for a smoke break, re-enter the restaurant through the dining area, and leave a lit cigarette on the half wall in the center of the restaurant near the drink machine as they returned to work. Why? Saving it for later? I have no earthly idea. Several employees walked past the smoking cigarette on the counter without a glance, telling me this is a routine occurrence. Any patrons who approached the drink machine had to pass it as well. The restaurant was not busy, but there were children in the dining room. But even so... Why? Just weird.
Dry , stale buns. Old Jalapeno's and lettuce. Cold fries and burgers

This is the second time that I've gone to this Burger King and it will be the last time the first time was equally horrible cold food and what don't you get about no cheese on something pulling the cheese off after it's melted onto something and then wrapping it and giving it to somebody could lead to a serious allergic reaction. Thank God that I'm smart enough to deconstruct the sandwich to see if you put cheese on something that shouldn't have cheese on it even after saying not to put cheese on it.
Food was cold and sloppy you ask for mustard and they drown it, customer service was good couldn't return it on road
On 23 Oct at 3:15 my wife and I ordered 2-4-$10 Whoopers at the Clovis BK. Bread was stale and cold. We returned and got same bread only it had been put on grill for a few moments; and fries were cold too. The dining area was not clean and the floor is bowing up. This BK like the one on Cannon AFB have gone drastically down hill since first opening. What a shame! There are many other fast food choices in Clovis that we'll take advantage of in the future.
On August 13th at 6:15pm, I made an order to pick up 3 whoppers. When I entered the store, the employees were quick to acknowledge my presence. As I waited for the food to finish, the workers seemed happy working amongst each other, one complimented my Led Zeppelin shirt, and the atmosphere in the restaurant seemed overall inviting. Also, the 3 whoppers I ordered were delicious and looked plump compared to some whoppers I've seen before at other BKs. Great whopper deals and great service so I will be coming back for more :^)
