Server was very nice. Had an ID that was 20 days expired. Asked to talk talk with manager. I under stand state regulations but what's the hurt in trying to get a beer with my wings. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've received from management anywhere. Not only do I feel bad for the culture she probably creates for her staff I worry how much money she turns away from this location for the business by not having an once of customer service knowledge.
Had dinner last night 3/29/2022, I knew we were in for it when the staff got upset because I wanted to sit at a booth. There were only 4 other groups being served at the time. It was about 7:00 pm so we arrived we arrived 3 hours prior to closing so that couldn't be the issue. Our server Marissa was rude and acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us. The food was as bad as the service. Everything is warmed up in a microwave and served. The only cooking going on here are the hamburger patties and french fries. This place is only good for grabbing a beer but at a price $5.25 for Miller Lite and $7.25 for a Stella, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you like being treated like CRAP which by the way is what the food looks and tastes like. Your better off hitting a liquor store for the beer and cooking at home.
Bdubs is one of my favorite restaurants but this has got to be the worst one I've ever been to. I have given this place numerous chances but has been terrible since they opened here. Last time I'm going to this location ever.
Amazing GM, Kim who puts health above work, which is super rare in any restaurant. I jJUST started and don’t know I had a cracked tooth exposing my nerves so it exacerbated my already horrible chronic migraines. Since exposed nerves are involved, my migraine medicine isn’t working so I’ve missed more work than I’ve attended since I am brand new. Due to the past two jobs that I had where even though I had doctor’s notes when I missed (I worked over 50 hours a week at one job, picked up shifts, was a lead server without getting the benefits because the manager wanted his bonus, at the other job I had to file a former complaint for the GM sexually harassing me,3 talking about me I’m a derogatory manner even though I always did my work and didn’t get promoted over a known thief, and most of the managers talking poo about everyone to literally anyone and everyone, amongst other unprofessional things), I was terrified I was going to be fired. The GM, Kim, told me a job is just a job. Not your life. In this country, that is ridiculously rate. We were supposed to work to live, not live to work. Give BWW your business over other places here. They treat their employees with respect and care! ???
Probably the worst kind of service and food Ice ever experienced. Waited nearly an hour for our COLD and overcooked food to be brought to us; 35 minutes for one mixed drink. On a Wednesday, it wasn’t as busy as I expected. Yet it still took them awhile… obviously taking my family for a dinner here was my mistake.
I've had issues in the past with traditional wings being cold/ room temperature. This was while dining in. Frequent enough that the manager knew us by name. I kept giving them second chance, after second chance. Mostly because the manager would remove the charges for the orders that kept coming cold. But this last take out order was just pathetic. The traditional wings were absolutely scrawny. Hardly any meat on them at all. I can buy bigger (raw) wings at Walmart. And then they were overcooked and completely dried out. I'm never getting tradotional wings from here again. Their burgers have been really great, but still a bit overpriced.
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings 28 Jan 22 and had the worst experience every! First off, we were seated at a counter height table tucked away in the corner of the restaurant. Second, after sitting there for 10-15 mins, and not being acknowledge and no one taking our drink order, I finally got up and went to the manager on duty and informed her that no one has stop by our table at all. She then took my drink order. After 5 mins our drinks arrived and mind you, no one has yet been over to take our food order or even act like were there. Our “suppose” waiter acted like he was too busy being focused on the other customers. After about another 10 mins, the manager came over and asked us if anyone came to take our order, I explained to her NO. She then took our order and we waited for another 15-20 mins for our food order to come out. The food that came out was delivered to the wrong table (the table beside us) who had to inform the waitress that they didn’t even order anything and that it was our food! So the waitress placed our food on our table and I informed her that we were missing some items. She stated she would put that items in the que and bring them out when they were ready! We waited another 15 mins for the manager to come and check to ask if everything was alright and I again explained to her NO things are not alright because items that we ordered were not included and the waitress said she put it in the que however, we never received it. The manager asked what our items were and then came back 7 mins later w/ what we ordered. After that, no waiter/waitress ever stopped by our table to ask us if we needed anything. 25 mins later, when it was time to leave, I had to get up and flag down another waitress and ask her if someone could please bring us our ticket so we can pay. We truly felt as if NO ONE (waiters/waitress) even cared we were there. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to them. We are highly disappointed in the service. Do Better!
We placed our order online. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:40. Finally got it at 7:00. We get the order home and most of it is wrong. The fries were wrong, we asked for ranch dressing and the celery. Not in the order. Traditional wings with Buffalo Sauce, wrong. It was on the receipt so we know what we ordered.
Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at the time indicated on the app, my otder could not be found. 20 minutes later, order found. The store was busy, so I did not check the order inside. Get home, start handing out food. No one was impressed. All the food was cold. The chicken strips, the wings and the chicken sandwich were not only cold, they were dry, dry, DRY. Very dissatisfied. Money would have been better spent somewhere else.
