If I could leave Zero stars and still rate and comment I would. May 29th @3:59pm I placed my order for 2 Orange Cream shakes, 1 medium and 1 small. The team members were playing around and talking instead of making the shakes. It apparently takes 3 to 4 people to stock the shake station as well. 1 guy kept putting his drink where the hot food comes out of the kitchen. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service, and over all not a place to go. By the way from the time I paid to the time I got my 2 shakes 8 minutes already passed.
My husband waited in line for more than 10 minuets waiting to try to get me food and no one answered. After I called twice someone picked up the phone but didn't answer. He comes back with my food and the food isn't even right. It really seems like employees are being lazy, slacking off and not paying attention. Now to be fair after my husband had to call to tell them what happened they are fixing the problem but it severely seems like a lack of professionalism that needs fixed.
Today, I ordered wings and fries, fish sandwich, and a mint shake. Needless I almost got all my order. I noticed the fries was not in the bag, so I went back and told the young lady that I did not get the fries, she proceeded to say did you ask for it and I said yes, she dud honor the order. I was disappointed that you must ask for the fries, the sign inside says wings and fries. She made me feel like I was wrong asking for them. I do not know if I will be back?

The food was pretty good. Hot fried and sandwhiches, but the customer service was horrible. Employees were just standing around talking when we came in and they seemed in no hurry to help us. Then around the time we were done eating we ordered some food to take home to the kids. After about 10+ minutes we went to go see if the food was done yet and it was sitting done in the dryer, and the employees were standing around talking again. And some older couple had come in and was just waiting at the counter to be helped. Sheesh, I guess that's what you get from the "participation award" generation...
Every time I come there are never any apple or cherry turnovers, I always have to get a large shake because you don’t have small or medium cups. And when I ask and get charged for extra cheddar cheese I never get it. My food is just thrown together sloppy and a mess. I used to love arbys back in my home town, here not so much. Might not come back anymore and I eat here 2-3 times a week. It gets worse and wider every time.
When I go inside the restraint is clean and well designed but when I go through the line for the window outside they always get my requests mixed up. Check your bag! I asked for ketchup for the fries the other day jand the lady said ok aknowledging the request but after driving away. No ketchup in the bag. It 's not that they don't hear it its just that they buscrew it up anyway. Yes the chicken strips were hard on the outside and leathery inside. Yesterday, I asked for the chicken strip snack only. The lady said oh curly cries and chicken strip and so I repeated back "no I just want chicken strip snack no fries but then she added fries on the order anyway. They were not busy at this time.
I decided to give one more chance. Super disappointment with Arby's in Clovis. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches with extra cheddar, but when I got home...NO CHEDDAR!!! WTH!! They even charged me for extra!?!?! I tried calling them but no one ever answered the phone. If I didn't live so far out of the way, it would not have been a pretty sight - me going back there. I will not be returning back. They have lost our business forever.
We love their Gyros and I love their wrap too.The employees are great too.
