Well, it's hit or miss here. I think biggest issue is not finding people to work! It makes it hard for those working to keep up with demands.
Went back to get a order fixed and they couldn’t even do that right. Only thing worse then the food is the service
The young girl working made fun of me for my order and corrected me over and over on what to order. She mocked me and laughed at me. I was super polite I'm not really sure what I did, but having a young lady laugh over the mike repeating the lines sorry our manager says this against store policy. I just asked for Cinnabon delights without cinnamon. Typically they just make a new batch and are able to. I didn't argue just felt a little belittled for ordering something that I thought could be Changed. When I pulled up to the drive thru the girl laughed repeating the words "Were you the one that thought we could do Cinnabon delights with the cinnamon". She then looked to her fellow co-worker while the laughing at me and rolling her eyes.

Every time I come to this taco bell on Canal I have issues. Usually it's when dashing. Today I went through drive thru to order for my family and tried to order a 4 burrito 4 taco craving pack that's ON THE MENU but am told you no longer do those. So I order a 12 pack and request like I usually do at the one on Pierce and asked for 6 crunchy and 6 soft. I was told they cannot do that unless it's the Supreme cravings pack. Since when? Because I never have issues on Pierce St. So I wanted to speak with a manager, so after waiting in line,, I choose to come inside and it's closed.. Something really needs to be done. I suggest more training on service.
Waited over 10 min behind a truck that got 3 box meals and I received yucky grease soaked tacos that were a big pile of stuff on the wrapper. Didnt receive taco Supreme,just a plain yucky taco and no sour cream on the bean burrito that I paid for. Last time our meal was a mess a few months ago,we went to get it replaced and the young man acted crazy even though I provided a reciept and pics of no sour cream with no sauce and onion which was asked to NOT be on the burrito. Way to much fun being had and not much working. Hoped better from this store. Dang it y'all! I know this is not your managers standards!
Great new renovation. Eveyone was very helpful. Kayden was especially professional and helpful. Great place to eat!
Good food when they can get the order right
Burritos were terrible. Onions were hard and old, tortillas were stale and hard. I was very disappointed.
