10/10 drinks are so much better than they were a few years ago! The store is trying to fully back up and be 100% open again
I go to Starbucks all the time and they’re always super nice but the new employees are so sweet made my and my sisters day with their little notes :)
7:59pm right now on a Tuesday and no one answered on the intercom, drove up to the window, no one was in sight. Literally waited at each place for 5-7 minutes and no one was anywhere.Does anyone work there?
Very friendly. We played cards until closing time. Even when it was time to go staff was very nice in telling us that it was time to go.
The Starbucks in Carlsbad, NM is only opened Thursday thru Saturday. What the heck! No Bueno! Whatever the reason, fix it!
Its Starbucks. Can't really go wrong. Employees are always nice here.
Everytime I place my drink order online they are usually pretty fast at getting them made and waiting for me to pick it up at my earliest convenience.
Mess up your simple order of a coffee. Never know when or if they are open.
Horrible sitting in drive thru for 30 min and even when you order mobile your still going to wait 30 to 45 for your drink. This Starbucks really went down. Order a hour a head if you are mobil order. The drive thru is ALWAYS wrapped around this store. I would give no stars if I could.
Used to be a great location, not anymore. They are frequently sold out of multiple items. Their hours have been scaled back significantly. Lately the service has been very slow and more often than not, they forget parts of my order or give me parts of someone else's order.
