Nice ambiance and service, but the food was not amazing. I had steak fajitas and thr quality of the beef was not impressiv, it was tough. My husband and son had beef burritos and said it was OK, not amazing, not something we would order again, so just 4 stars
Food was amazing!!! The fajitas were outstanding! We had both chicken and steak and the peppers and onions all were perfectly cooked!!Seasoned so well my 16 year old grandson wanted the recipe!Service was excellant!Atmosphere was very nice!!
I had been working in town for only a couple of days. I searched and wanted to eat at a local restaurant. I found this place. I was seated right away but after receiving my chips and salsa I had quite a long wait for my server to order my drink. I also had to wait a long time to get my drink refilled. My plate was tripas and it came with the basic set up of rice beans and side salad. That was it. I have been to other locations that sale tripas and they include lime, pico and sour cream. I think this restaurant has a lot to change that could help improve it. I am speaking for my experience only.
Our son ordered cheese enchiladas, got beef. It took at least 10 minutes later than the rest of the table, for him to get his food to begin with. It was taken back to the kitchen and he was then served enchiladas that had shredded cheese served in a tortilla with red sauce on top. The cheese inside was not melted at all, it was in the same plate he was served the wrong food the first time, as there was still beef on the plate. (Which he can not eat!)Food was bland, service was subpar at best, and we couldn’t order half of the menu since they didn’t have anyone to “cook” it, or they were out of it (which I get). Waited over 20 minutes for our ticket and it was wrong. Waited a little while longer for the “corrected” ticket. It was overall one of the worst experience I have had at a restaurant.
Authentic Mexican Restaurant, excellent service, affordable pricing even homemade taco shells. Everyone needs to try this gem of a restaurant!
Atmosphere is great. I had the discada which was good. Sopapillas were good. But as New Mexican food goes, it could be improved. Worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend Rosy's if you have somewhere to be, an hour lunch break is not gonna give you enough time to eat here based on my experience.

Good place to grab a bite. Simple and great meal choices. Some might find the portions a little small, but good. Recommend the Discada.the receipt just said "misc 1" for every item I ordered and so I couldn't break down what was what on it.
Food was beautifully plated. Server was attentive and courteous. They could benefit from an electronic ticket system so that they don't need to decipher handwritten orders, hence, reducing wrong orders. We had 3 orders that were incorrect, but they fixed them quickly
Best nacho chips I've ever had. Waiter said they make them fresh and have a secret spice mix. Super delicious! I'd go back just for the chips. Yum!
