Would be nice if the calls to costumer service didn’t take you half way around the globe to get an answer. Maybe fix the website and we wouldn’t have to call and deal with them? Tired of this POS store, wish they would just shut down.
This wasn't our first bad experience. Our order did not show up until 2 hours after we ordered. When it did show up, it was cold and looked like it had been overcooked then stuck in a warmer for sometime. Paid 48.50$ basically for burnt pizzas. If I could post my pictures of our food on here I would. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Called to confirm they were open and doing dine in. They confirmed both. When I arrived 2 minutes later I was told they were not doing dine in and only carry out.. even though there was a dirty table and people sitting down drinking and eating. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
All my food was cold and my cheese sticks were soggy. My pizzas did not have the crust flavor I ordered and tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for hours. We ended up just throwing everything away. $50 waisted on nasty food.....
Best Pizza Hut I've ever eaten at. I don't know what they did. But everything was delicious. We've eat at Pizza Huts in other cities and it's never tasted like that.
The pizza was excellent! Much better than the previous times I had visited. Very impressed with the quality and taste.
I’m assuming the employees help themselves to your pizza?? Either way, didn’t get what I paid for. Showed up when they said it was ready and they told me it was still in the oven. Waited 30 minutes for this!! And good luck getting someone to answer the phone…
Worst pizza hut ever!!!! My stuff crust was burnt to a crisp, and my wings had almost no sauce on them. It was 90 bucks for a pizza and wings that were terrible. Never would I use this pizza hut again!! I really wish I would've looked into the reviews for this place before I placed an order!! Crazy how many people beside myself had orders burnt and cold.. Whoever owns this pizza hut needs to get it together quick, this is ridiculous
Let me begin by stating there eas nothing wrong with my order. The pizza was hot perfect . My issue was with the delivery driver. 1st the delivery driver could not find the address so I had walk the parking lot to get my food since I was working. I saw on the receipt that the driver didn't give me that a note was written saying thanks for not tipping and then ony box another note was put saying 10% is fair . I had a 10 dollar tip but only gave 5 when I should have bot give any tip at all .. very unprofessional in my opinion
