Why don’t you get off of your you know what and go around training your store people on what costumer service is. The employees aren’t to blame, it’s your corporation of people who think that you guys are filthy rich and making it off of the backs of the hard working men and women who support your business. We thought we would give you guys another chance, but the same disappointment of what stands behind your name. No joke, out here in Carlsbad, NM. Several times when we have ordered pizza we ask for the extra most and again just the regular pizza cut in odd shapes with little pride, greasy floppy pizza the other times. We will continue to stick with Domino’s Pizza and we don’t mind paying extra for pizza that is done right. Honestly you guys are a freaking joke…
Wow really poor looking and tasting pizza . it was flat and hard as a rock . I wish I hadn't wasting my money on this nasty food this place needs to pick it up cause food like this I won't come back for .
I only have ever come here out of last minute dinner desperation and I am ALWAYS disappointed. Some part of my order is always over cooked like it sat in the heater for hours. This time I began my order online while waiting in the drive thru line. I asked the girl how long it would take if I placed it online and was told 7-8 minutes. I chose this instead of hot in readys and when I returned thru the line I was quoted another 13 minutes after she handed me my bread they had already made of course. I really wish management would get a handle on the overcooked stuff. Tastes like cardboard. And there are no other FAST pizza options. I would have ordered from Pizza Inn had I been quoted a proper time. I understamd being short staffed, and i still would gave ordered but i would have liked the choice to not wait which is why i asked. Never again!
Ordered a extra most bestest kid gave me a regular hot and readyGot home opened the pizza and the pizza had more crust than cheese and pepperoni
I really liked my thin crust cheese pizza. My cheese pizza was very hot & my husband had the most bestest pizza. Both were hot & very good. They were very busy & it only took them 10 minutes to make the pizza.

Worst pizza experience ever 50min wait after ordering through the drive through when it was only supposed to be 10 the male at the window didn’t give me a recipe nor take my name down… upon going in for my order the cashier asked for either which I couldn’t provide I just showed her my Apple Pay digital recipe that said I ordered there the lady ahead me had the same exact problem smh and on top of that pizza was not made correctly it’s un even the point sauce is touching the card board at the bottom

Poor service, tried calling to order a pizza and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Drove there to order the pizza not one customer in line not one customer in the store and they still would not answer the phone I mentioned it to the guy working there and he said oh it’s in an out, like sometimes it works and sometimes it down. Ordered a pizza when I got to my destination it wasn’t the right pizza tried calling them again multiple times they would never answer the phone. This happen d a few weeks ago also can’t get anyone to answer the phone, 3 young guys there doing nothing but standing around.
