It's a very dated restaurant. Rest rooms and seating areas are trash along with the walls, floor plus curtains and windows.It's been robbed by gun point 3 years ago and just yesterday morning.They are critically in need of a real authentic STORE Manager. And if there were any customers that had half a brain and gave a dam where they eat with their families.They would never eat at this locationin Carlsbad NM. Because the staff needs an entire Hygiene and Uniform make over that needs to be Enforced.And please if you park your vehicle; be sure to park it where YOU can see while eating. It's a very low secured area.
Had a nice out for a "dinner date", AC wasn't working, so felt bad to the employees, but they worked through it like true Champs to take care of the customers that came in, all while the AC guys were trying to get things fixed.Food itself was served hot and fresh, the flavor was great, and the price reasonable, all served with a smile, even with the adverse conditions of the time.
This place says it's under new management but I'm not sure how "new" the management is. We went on a Monday evening when it was pretty quiet. The waitress was pleasant enough, the food was exactly as expected and the Mango Smoothie was very nice. Exactly what we were expecting from a Denny's.
Bad all the way around. Messed up order, didn’t refill drinks, had to get our own napkins, hair in our food and one order wasn’t even made. Waited an hour for our order and it wasn’t complete and had a wad of hair in the burger.
New here from South Carolina and its hard to beat Southern Hospitality but oh my goodness this place is absolutely top notch. The food is amazing and cooked to perfection and management is awesome. When you have a manager who goes from table to table to make sure everyone is satisfied with their service it means a lot. Mr. Charles is phenomenal and the food was fantastic. The waitresses were so sweet and to see how they treated the elderly couple made my heart so happy. I wished you provided more than 5 stars because this place deserves it.
More than 25 mins waiting ng to be seated and they have tables available it unbelievable bad service, never had this experience in a dennys restaurant
My waitress Kayla was amazing she was by herself when I got there she was not the problem. The manager on shift was so rude and unprofessional to the wait staff. She was yelling and screaming at them in front of the customers and was handling the whole situation wrong. There was only two waiters and one was on break and they were kinda busy and instead of her stepping up and helping she just yelled at them then went back to the office

This place was super clean & modern looking & well organized. The service was excellent as well a the food which came out quickly. Bathrooms super clean. Most Dennys since the pandemic have been awful but this was a pleasant surprise.
