A family of 4 was seated at a table in the bar and they played cards while waiting on their food❤️ I commended them and wished them a good weekend ?
Very much disappointing. Chile’s has always been somewhat disappointing to me, but this one… I hardly have the words. When I arrived the wait time was 45 minutes, which wasn’t so bad. Once I was seated they took my order. I ordered the brisket quesadillas. It took about an hour just to receive my meal! After a few bites I noticed PLASTIC! It was in my food! I don’t want that going into me, so I was done. Now I’m going to have find somewhere else to eat! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I placed curbside order for order of Mix&Match fajitas. When I arrived the order hot and ready. The food was good.
I understand people being understaffed. But I stood at the door with no hostess for 10 minutes or longer, the bartender finally grabbed a menu threw it on a table and said there and walked away. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes no hostess no drinks nothing got up and left.
My family and I have gone there for years. This last visit was to celebrate my son's birthday ?. With only one menu to share for the 4 of us it took a while to figure out our order. Then they messed up our drinks, the appetizers came out in stages as if parts were forgotten. Then when our food did make it peaces were missing. My son was so upset we skipped dessert ?!
Bad hospitality... the server was decent but she was by herself even with a ear piece to talk with Co workers and a pad to put in orders. We waited over an hour for our food. We got fajitas and texas fries. Two of the skillet fajitas came with no beans.. the fries were way over cooked. Asked for a new one and we still weren't happy. I never got a refill or asked if I wanted one.. I'm a server myself at a very busy local restaurant and I wasn't pleased... manager came and talked with us but seemed as he didn't care not one bit just said okay. Asked to cancel the order on the fries which means take it off the bill we don't want the food. Ended up waiting another 10 mins for them to take it off. we will not he back. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Yall can do better
Placed an order for curbside pickup around closing time. The service was not an issue but the food in itself wasnt up to mark. The chicken wasnt properly cooked and also there was hair in my husband's burger. The only thing we liked is Cheesecake and Coleslaw!! I was visiting Carlsbad and didnt expect bad food.
Unfortunately do not recommend to go orders here. The employee working to go was very nice, but our food was not ready until over an hour after order was placed after just a 30 minute expected wait time. Also our food was cold.
Food was horrible!!!!! Been going here for years. Won’t be back.
I went to Chili's on my birthday. (1-26 on a Wenesday night)and met up with a buddy of mine for some food. Drove 1hr to this location, due to working in the oilfields around the area and ordered food. It took 20mins and still no skilletqueso.The bartender/server apologized, thinking they had runners who already brought it out. Another random server comes out with chips and salsa(no queso). That's fine. Whatever. We then order food. 2 meals and 1 of those was an appetizer. Easy. Then sing me happy birthday and give me my ice cream thing, which was a cool surprise and all but was starving for food. We then wait 45 minutes for our food(queso comes out after 30 mins and us telling them). The server realizes she gave our food to another table by mistake. Okay, a simple mistake. Sure. The manager says everything will be taken care of, and he will get food out right away and is sorry. Okay, fine. I'm still starving on my birthday at this point. We then wait another 25 MINUTES for my chicken crisper combo plate TOGO. Buddy of mine just canceled his appetizer entree. We then decide to just get up and leave, because it's taking way too long. They say the cooks were new, and mistakes have been being made throughout the shift. I ended up parting ways with my buddy and getting a gas station pizza and driving back 1hr to where I was staying. I'm still kinda salty about not getting food so yeah :(Thanks for the bday love Chilis.
