Food was dry and service was very bad
Very disappointed! We left this place unsatisfied!! The manager was also unprofessional to one of his waiters. Everything bothered him. He had no patience towards anyone. He passed right by us and didn’t even acknowledge us. My daughter was fussy as we waited for over 45 Minutes. I tried calling him for a refill, which I know he heard me and still didn’t bother to turn around.Management needs more training!! The problem is not the waitress or the cooks but MANAGEMENT! Have a talk with tonight’s manager.
The food was about what I expected, not amazing but almost worth the cost. However it took over 45 minutes for them to notice they were out of part of my order. Then overcharged me for the rest after adding things to my order I didn't want. When I pointed out the mistake the server said "well I just put them there." Finally to add a bit of salt to the experience we had not even received the check before the table was being cleaned and us being hurried out.
Worst BWW I've ever been to. Waitress almost forgot our beer, for some reason the bar or her could not get one drink made, and told her we don't have tequila for the old-fashioned , food was just above.failing, one burger was cold and the bun hard as a rock. Also questionable as to weather or not they overcharged half of usnas all of a sudden the lunch prices weren't good on weekend but that was the menus the 4 of us were given.
Seated right away. Nice, new location with a ton of TVs all over the place. Looks like a flagship restaurant. The service was super slow. Getting our appetizer took over 30 minutes! At one point our waitress was hanging out at the front door chatting it up with other employees and I just wanted our check so we could go.
Service was very slow! I would be more understanding if the place was packed but it was hardly half full. I waited 15 minutes before the waitress finally took my drink order. When I finally order my food and received it, she never brought utensils or even napkins. She also forgot my fries that eventually came. Didn't even offer ketchup. The only time she showed a hint of hospitality was when she brought the check. Either she was ready for me to leave or she thought it would help with the tip. Smh!
Got seated right away, and waitress greeted us right away. After that it went to hell. Bar drinks were a hassle. We were told we could not get seltzer tall cause it had to high of alcohol content. Truly is 5% while they had plenty of higher on draft. Food came out sporadic and my 3 yr old got good food 10 min after us. I didn't even go into the ordering of food debacle. Paid 106 bucks for that fun.
First of all, we waited over 10.minutes to be seated before anyone showed up to the hostess station. Once seated, we placed our order and waited. 20 minutes later my husband received his meal. 10 minutes later I received my meal, and in another 20 minutes my daughter received her meal, which was a SALAD! The waitress made all kinds of excuses but never apologized. She behaved as though we were an inconvenience to her. She could NOT multi task, nor could she speak clear enough to understand what the issue was with our order. She took our credit card to cash us out and did not bring it back. We had to ask for it. This was our first visit to this franchise and we will not be returning. Very disappointed ?
We went and it we had the worst waitress ever!! Had to ask for everything, silverware, refills, etc and waited over 10 minutes for each. Ended up getting the manager and she was mouthing us while the manager was there. Never again will we go back. Most disgusting Buffalo Wild Wings we went to. Not good customer service at all.
service tonight was absolutely horrible. we had to ask for silverware, napkins. waited 20 minutes for waitress just to ask for refills. asked 5 times for refills for hubby and myself. she never did bring us refills. While I was talking to the manager, she mouthed we should just go ahead and leave!! never again will we go to this BWW and personally will not give a one star on a review.
