I love the wings here... we eat here nearly once a week. The service however makes it seem that everyone who works here hates their job. I have called on the phone to call in an order and been on hold long enough to drive all the way across town to their store. Then I walk in and there isn't a customer in the place they just didn't feel like taking my order. Then my daughter and I stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes before one of the employees in the back stopped avoiding eye contact and acknowledged us to take our order. Wish the service matched the wings.
Very slow place my food was cold when driver delivered it ? said the employee told him food was sitting for 20 minutes and he didn't care if they delivered cold food not the store problem told my driver he didn't care and tell your customer to grow up and quit complaining
Cashier was rude when we told them they made a simple mistake that could easily be fix they had forgotten one of our ranch dressing drove all the way back thru traffic to get one of there good tasting ranch and they refused fix there mistake.
I called in my order an hour in advance and they still couldn't get my order competed in time, matter of fact I had to wait an additional extra 20 mins.
The staff is very sweet and inviting when you walk in through the door. The facility is very clean. May suggest a bit of more organization, making sure no orders may be overlooked but during a pandemic and staff shortage issue, the employees did a great job! The food smells fresh as well and looked okay.
This was the first time that I stopped to pick up the famous “Wingstop “ chicken wings on Montgomery drive in Albuquerque.I handed the young gentleman behind the counter a $20.00 bill, and unfortunately he didn’t know how to give me the correct change.The chicken wings were dripping in grease!This Wingstop was ready to close, and maybe that’s the reason……I promise I will never go there again… gross!

Over cooked chicken thighs. But we had to try the new Thigh Wings. Dry and pastey but the skin was extra extra crispy. Not sure what is sprinkled on the fresh but it didn't make them taste any better. I do like the sauces. Maybe I will try thm again and maybe not.
This would have been a four maybe five star ⭐ review, but the bathroom was out of hand soap and paper towels so no hand washing! Yuck ?. The food was good though, and the service what I expect. Too bad about the restroom.
