Was told to pick up my order at 4:45, arrived at 4:50 and was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes. Employees didn’t seem to care or offer an apology for the wait. One employee at the front was wearing headphones while working. Wings were burnt and under seasoned, fries were soggy and under seasoned.
I walked all the way there from the truck stop next door because I wanted a different meal than truckstop food just to find hair and a fried fly attached to the wings I ordered and I didn't even notice it until I was into the 2nd wing out of my 10 piece and spit everything out....definitely not going back
Usually I don't have any issues with this location but for some reason today I have been on hold for 7 minutes phone rings rings then goes to some commercial lol guess I'm going to have to go somewhere else smh! I guess no one wants to answer the phone here .
My order was not right. The wings I got tasted gross! The manager was blaming me saying it's my fault for not coming on time and that he can't do anything about it. They charged us for bread that we didn't get because they didn't have any and they told me I can go get fries to replace the bread. I went and the manager was rude again !! When I arrived for the order of fries the second time He told me they will make them now and to wait and when it's ready come In again! I do not recommend eating here!
My favorite WingStop location! Everyone who works here is super friendly. Whether I eat inside or order through DoorDash, my order is always correct and deliciousss!
Miguel and Gema were great, the store was clean, I was comfortable sitting and waiting for my order. My food was delicious and prepared before my promise time. Im so thankful!
Very good Wingstop location! I called and they had my order ready within 15 minutes! They made my wings perfectly just how I like them.
I usually eat here 2 times a week, Miguel and his staff always have great customer service. Food is always great and delivered fast.
I ordered a 6 piece bone in combo and received burnt wings and fries and they were overly seasoned/salty. I ate alittle of it before being grossed out and tossing it ? I’ll be going to a different location from now on….Also I ordered unsweet tea and there was none, only sweet tea and water spout so I ended up having watered down sweet tea.
I suggest the mango habanero wings because there a bit hot but very very well done and and the service was very well done when I went there and I cannot tell you enough of how good the mango habanero is but man they give you a run for your money but other then that I wouldn't order that unless your ok with pretty spicy food
