A friend and myself came in for a late lunch yesterday, about 3:45pm. To preface, I’ve only been here one time before and I enjoyed it then. This time was different, the food was fine, the green chile wings we ordered were not good but everything else was fine. The thing that was off putting was at the end, the waitress added a 20% tip to the bill without my consent. The time before when I came in, about two weeks earlier the option was mine to add a tip, but I tipped her in cash. It just felt very sneaky because she brushed it off when asked about it. The menu and website did not a mention a 20% gratuity was going to be added to the bill. I won’t return because of this experience.
Had the lunch special. 10 bone in wings, fries and a drink.All this guy from Upstate NY who lived in Buffalo for 7 years, can say is WOW.Wings were large, cooked to perfection and the Buffalo sauce was killing it. Service was attentive, friendly but not over bearing.If you want great wings and are in Albuquerque, this is the place to go.
The burgers ere really good but they got none of my order correct I ordered a buyer with garnish and ketchup n mayo n it had no garish n BBQ sauce. My husbands a picky eater n he will only have his burgers plain with double meat n double cheese n they put garnish n mayo on that, then I ordered 1with no garnish just onions n mayo, they put garnish no mayo. Its like they didn't even read my order at all, if I'm paying $10 for a burger I expect to get it right. Plus I ordered it on uber eats so I can't even send it back so I lose out cuz my hubby won't even touch his burger now
Yo! Our waiter was lit! And I mean that in the most professional way possible. He entertained my kids and their goofy stories and came thru with that strawberry margarita!! The food was great. I recommend the sweet/spicy buffalo! Such a positive vibe. Shout out to the cooks!
I had this place recently and I got the 10pc meal w/fries and drink for 15.99. I personally don't think it's worth the price because there was barely any fries with it, also the fries were really soggy and the wings itself were pretty dry. The ranch is not great either. The customer service there was excellent, I just wish the quality of food was better.
This place is GREAT! Definitely NOT yo mama's wings! Also have other fantastic entrees like burgers and pulled pork. Beer and cocktails too.
Wings were okay but the service was so bad.We where there for like 15 minutes until someone acknowledged us. And when they brought our order it was completely wrong. When they tried to fix it the second time it took forever. So don’t waste your time eating here, better off going to wing stop.
Fantastic wings! Came here since I just moved to ABQ, and love hot wings. Was not disappointed with anything we got. The wing flavors were flavorful and well sauced.
Love the food it blows my mind but in tell the customer service kicks in makes me a little nerves they just a need a little work on it but it’s an amazing place I’d order the mango habanero for spicy and raspberry chipotle for them girls spicy but sweet
Wings were dry and over salted we ordered online and it was never confirmed the number online went straight to voicemail spent over $50 bucks very disappointed first time trying won’t go back ??♀️
