Well.... in the year 2022... We still don't have robots to replace the workers who can't read an Order correctly and make sandwiches correctly.. .very sad that a turkey sandwich is mistaken for a tuna sandwich.. very sad that it takes 10 plus times for a phone to be answered..maybe we do need UBI for these people... It should of been sooo simple... you had one job... and you failed! Hello Vai or Mercedes I would like my money back!
Woman with the glasses that works Saturday mornings Is incredibly and unnecessarily rude. Reacted way out of hand if you’re having a bad day please don’t take it out on cutsomers.
Went in yesterday and there was only one woman working. She did her best to get everyone's orders done in a timely manner and was so sweet considering the pressure she was under. I will be coming back!!!

We just ordered 4 sandwiches for our family. We came in and placed our order to a very friendly young person who provided good service. BUT the sandwiches were NOT that good! The consensus at the dinner table was the same. The bread was dry and crumbly so ALL of the sandwiches fell apart. The lettuce was the main ingredient, and the avocado was no bueno. The roast beef was so bland and low quality. We spent quite a bit of money just for everyone to be unhappy with their food. The staff were good but the ingredients could use some attention…especially for the price!!
The only good thing about this place is the employees it was super confusing to order but the employees helped me and explained it perfectly it's super expensive and it doesn't taste that good $10 for a sandwich is absolutely not worth it
Don't order through their site for delivery. They force postmates as a delivery and postmates drivers are not trained to read apparently. I asked that our food be placed on the passenger side good of the car (to be out of the sun) and we'r found it over 30 minutes after he claimed delivery during in the sun. $60 for food that got us sick because our salad, sandwich, and shakes were in the sun. This location sucks for contact as well.
It was really good today. They've changed it up a bit but you can still BYO. I had the Cali something or another. Five stars because it was better than a competitor's I gave 4 stars to the other day (no not the mass transit one)
Great sandwich and lots of options. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly. Also a 10 percent discount for UNM students, hospital staff, and teachers with ID badge.
We were greeted with enthusiasm when we walked in and received attentive customer service. Sandwiches were made quickly, tasted great and exactly how we wanted them. Great experience in every way!
