ordered a sandwich online and it was smothered in mayonaise and missing every single topping but added red onion? couldnt not have been a worse sandwich. I got refunded for my door dash order and ordered again the same thing with the refunded money and the sandiwch I got was inedible. So much freaking mustard and mayo and just soaked in vinager. I also wanted to point out that I worked at a which wich for 5 years when I was younger in college so I know the protocols. This is the worst location ive ever eaten a sandwich from. Place has gone downhill big time since my last visit. I want to edit my review and add because the response I got said they had printing issues but the bad was hand marked with all the right things and made completely wrong so this was nota printing issue. I paid twice for delivery for an unedible sandiwch

Which Wich finally brought back the meatball sub. It was off the menu for a few years. So, I have returned. You don't choose what you want on it anymore, but at least it is back. I just have to remember to ask for green chilies.
I walk in and immediately the employee greeted me and was very friendly. She made my sandwich perfectly while dealing with a problem with the deep fry machine. I always have a great customer experience when I go to this location.
30 dollars for two sandwiches just to almost choke on a cooked bread bag tab. I called the manager and he was like “so did you call just to tell me that?”.
Absolutely crazy that everyone working today is more concerned with their phone and personal conversations than helping me get out of here in a reasonable time frame. I am the only one in here as we speak and had enough time to wait, write this review, and still wait… ridiculous. I expect more from a place that is an overpriced derivative of subway. Wish I could get my food instead of watching my bread sit there. This used to be such a good place, what happened??? A $20 sandwich for this kind of service?
Really good and you get to customize your sandwich to your liking. Short wait, but worth it.
I just want to give my highest accolades to Heather (Manager) and her team for their top notch customer service. I had a not so great experience at another local Whichwich location and I thought I would call this location in hopes someone could help me. When I called I was immediately connected with the Manager, Heather, and she was especially graceful as well as patient as I told her my not so great experience with the Whichwich on Central and she was proactive at resolving the situation in a timely manner. Because of her I will definitely be a returning customer.
The meat tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. The bread was disgusting, also tasted old. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
