I've kinda avoided this store in particular. Before the remodel a few years ago they had a very comforting atmosphere. All the art and wood panel walls gave it an amazing charm. Now with the basic institution feel. It's like visiting a hospital ER.
This place useto be our favorite burger joint last few time we’ve Gone it’s been so so but I went last week ordered they had us wait for our food we were in lane 4 I believe they brought our food . I opened the paper to get my burgers but into it is was cold and simply tasted horrible. I tried to call serval times to tell them as I was in the parking lot to let them know I did not ever get anyone to pick up. I was not dressed to get down so I spent all thatb$$$ for trash!!! I’ll never eat there again. ? this was the one on Alameda or 528 wide by a Jiffy Lube what are the old Burlington used to be in that area disappointment!!!
The food is usually always fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always filthy. Never have I found a clean table at this location. There's a booth where the employees eat and the managers hold interviews and that table is clean but the rest of us have to sit in filth.
Went to get food at, basically, the only place still open on a Sunday night in ABQ. It was absolute chaos.. but Javier was awesome and did an awesome job. He's awesome!
No real social distancing practices, no barrier between customer & worker's, & I didn't see one worker use anything between customers to clean the counter, that's at the register, the tables seemed cleaned enough as well as the floors, the only area that was really dirty was the soda area, but we were there after what looked like a rush ??♀️ otherwise it was a pleasant experience
My meat was cold and the fries were luke warm. I dont know what happened - it used to be a good place..the food was lousy. Afterwards i had an upset stomach. The staff didnt seem to excited about working there. Im not eating there anymore.
For a fast-food restaurant, this is pretty good. I love the chile burgers. I'd return here, no sweat.
Drive thru took 25 mins just to place my order and get to pick up window and than the cashier was overcharging me til I told her. She fixed the price though. Finally get food and the burger was cold.
Food was ok a little cool but the place was DIRTY every table dirty manager needs to take a little pride in his/her store
Not happy with how long it took to order through the drive through almost half an hour. Who ever designed the drive through did a terrible job car driving up in two different areas. Hard for those who are parked had a hard time. Getting out. Terrible! Took 15 min to get our food. Need to rethink your service at the drive through route.
