1st time trying Whataburger and I was not impressed. In fact, it sucked. The taste was nothing to brag about. Kind of blah if you ask me. Fries blah. I had the bacon avocado burger and it was blah too. The strawberry shake was really good though.
Love there burgers patty melt is amazing but only when it's fresh. My fries always cold. It's a hit or miss good one day not the next.
Waited for an hour to get food. Drove pass window staff was standing around nobody looked at the drive up. There was more then enough staff inside to accommodate the line that was building up at the drive through
Good enough. Friendly staff. But, request to add green chile to regular order resulted somehow in no pickle, no onion and no chile (see photo).

I ended up having to walk lfour miles in heels a size big because, because my ride never picked me up. I get to Whataburger. It's late so I'm thinking "awesome! I'm so glad there's Whataburger instead of McDonald's because Whataburger's Lobby is open at night"!But wait!... guess what?There lobby was not open! I held it together all the way there to find the doors were locked and the lobby was in fact closed! So to recap I was exhausted and thirsty and with no vehicle, & no drivethrough access! So my night continued with the same desolate theme.
For the 3rd time in a month I've tried to get food and they keep saying their grills and their fryers are down?! Seems quite convenient so they don't have to do the work. This is at 4/11/22, 1:37am.
Worst place to eat they are always messing up my order and this time I ordered a burger and they forgot the patty!!! This is crazy.
The dinning room was closed even though the sign says open 24/7. They where out of almost everything including hamburger buns!!! So the only option was the patty melt. And it wasn't even that late for a supposedly 24/7 place. It was like 9ish
Well what could I say they have great burgers, customer service is always friendly . I definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a great Burger, and don't forget to try their spicy ketchup it's very good.
