waste of time. 4 times in a row I went here, and they are closed. That's fine if the owner doesn't feel like paying a livable wage to get employees, but at least update the hours on the website so it doesn't say 24/7. hope this place closes for good or until a respectable owner can run this joint.
I love whataburger! I stopped going because of the wait time but recently decided to treat myself. The older lady you guys have there, I think her name is Debbie, was such a sweetheart and made my experience even better. The wait time was over seen by her customer service and I think the manager should know they have an awesome employee.
Been years since visiting Whatabuger. Last one was in Texas. It wasn't to good.We are traveling from CA and stopped for the night in Albuquerque and figured we'd try it again . We visited store 842, in Albuquerque, NM 5/22.What a great experience, wonderful friendly employees. The food from hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, french fries were all the best. My daughter enjoyed the Dr.Pepper shake. Great experience, thank you Whatabuger staff for a great memory.
I get my breakfast there every morning and their staff is always very kind. I usually order through the app but sometimes the app doesn’t get my order. It’s only happened a few times where I have pulled up and they didn’t have my order at all. The last time it happened they gave me free fries and a pie! Their sweet tea is THE BEST IN TOWN.? and their biscuits and gravy are heaven??
This location sucks. The last 3 times I have gone I have ordered the chicken sandwich with mayo. They repeat my order on speaker and the receipt reads with mayo. I get home and it's a chicken sandwich with that disgusting Whatasauce. Needless to say this is my last time supporting Whataburger. Blake's has a better chicken sandwich anyways?♂️
It good when it fresh but when I not its horrible. Just depends on how the employees care about making ur food right and having pride in there job. They are super nice about re making food
Whataburger is always a treat when I’m traveling since we don’t have many on the East Coast. This one certainly didn’t disappoint! The restaurant was clean and the employees were charismatic. The table service after ordering is also a nice touch. I always go with the classic #1. Maybe someday I’ll branch out and try something new!
Went to Whataburger and ordered a whataburger combo meal. It took 20 min waiting in line. When I got to the window there was like 5 people just roaming around doing God knows what. Couldn't figure out why it took that long. Not sure if the manager was there, but whoever is running that place is horrible. McDonald's across the street has way better people and is managed by professionals who know what they're doing.
When you want something good to eat late at night this is the place to go! Theres usually a bit of a line but its worth the wait when u take into consideration all of their food is made fresh to order. Love this place.
Curbside was painfully slow.I placed the order ahead of time for pick up at 5I arrived at 4:55, as suggested by the app. I didn't get my food until 5:25. There was not a line in the drive-through, nor was there a constant stream of cars getting curbside. It was practically empty.
