good food , I would recommend to everyone
I'm a pretty big guy and I got the triple patty burger and it filled me up on the first go very nice and juicy burger definitely go again to eat
was on a road trip from Phoenix to North Dakota so we were tired and hungry. Worker at the window mentioned he was a cast extra in the tv show Better Call Saul, so that was cool. Good food.
Definitely the best burgers around. I like it better than Blake's and better than ' In-n-Out'. I probably still think Five guys and Smashburger best. Whataburger is great at moving people through their lines..much like Chick-fil-A.
I visited this establishment yesterday and ordered a Whatacatch combo. Had an interaction from the sandwich which after eating, almost immediately upset my stomach and had me running to the bathroom (with diarrhea). I'm not sure if it was a bad batch of fish or something else.I honestly only wanted to bring it to your attention. Any other visit I had no problems, but this one was not a good one.
My burgers and fries were ice cold. We ordered two number 1s with bacon and they were both ice cold. The cheese never melted to the patty. What’s up with that? So disappointed.
Always good. Love their burgers but you should really give a chicken entree a try. I like both the bbq chicken strip and buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. The chicken fajita is really great too.
Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. They mixed up our drink orders and didn't give us the condiments we asked for. Very disappointing first Whataburger experience, the burger and fries were decent, but the wait was unacceptable. May not go to another Whataburger unless I have no other option, or a 4 hour layover.
You need adults to come train these children. This is why fast food workers are not worth $15 an hour. Quite mediocre service. It took the cashier 10 minutes to take the order from one guy in front of us.. We finally ordered. We asked for 2 sauces that were listed on a whole list of sauces. Even put them in the computer. He didn't say one thing about not carrying them.We got our food to go. So when I looked at our order I noticed that 1000 island sauce was missing. We literally stood at the counter for 6 minutes, waiting for somebody to come out. There were people waiting to order behind us.Some immature little girl was literally throwing mop water all over the floor and giggling, over by the grill. I couldn't figure out why till I looked around the corner and saw the dude that took our order splashing around and playing in it as if it was a puddle outside, also giggling. I told him can you stop playing and come help us and he hid behind a corner. The girl finally came out and we told her we just want a 1000 islands sauce. She walked away without saying a word. Finally, some random lady came from sitting in the lobby with a bunch of other cackling women, And said something to someone around the corner and then came back and just gave us a weird look and said we don't have that. Please don't give them $15 an hour. They absolutely do not need that or deserve it. Maybe if they actually did their job and did it correctly, they might deserve it. But we really need to stop rewarding bad behavior. What horrible horrible service. I would be embarrassed to act like that at my job.The food was OK I guess. Messy and sloppy. I will never ever go to a whataburger again because they clearly don't train their employees to have work ethics.
I saw whataburger close to where I was for a movie wardrobe fitting, so I knew that's where I wanted to eat. It was early, so I had their big breakfast. Good food. And coffee
