This was an unexpected surprise. Old school diner vibe with a wider range of options. Ordered a papas bowl which was new to me and yummy with New Mexico flavors.
Great food. Four stars only because it was not busy but took a long time for food to arrive.

Had a quick stop for breakfast last week, it was good. Their french toast on the other had, it couldve been cooked a little more. Basically, it tasted like plain bread with syrup. Hopefully it'll taste better the next time we visit another Weck's.
This place was delicious! I ordered the papas plate with carnitas, so much food Soo delicious and fresh! My bf and i shared a fruit packed waffle which was also extremely delicious and the service was amazing!
Great restaurant with friendly and quick staff. The food is great also with generous servings. Definitely will get your money's worth.
This is a yes for me!!! Old school diner vibes- Dennys, Steak ‘n Shake, but better. Order the green Chile sauce. Don’t be scared it’s really damn good! Zero complaints other than I don’t have one close to me in Missouri.
Everyone should try Weck's , it's great for breakfast and lunch , I had the New Mexico Benedict , you not be sorry try it the Green chlie chicken enchiladas with two eggs on top ? everything is great, try something new enjoy happy eating
This is my go to place for breakfast when I'm visiting. I ordered the special Pecan Pie Waffle($10.99). It was filling and very tasty. Another ordered the Chicken Enchilada breakfast($11.99) and it was a huge plate of good food. The last was a full order of French Toast($9.49) which was 8 pieces of french toast and a side of Papas($3.49). All were a great value and filling. The service was very friendly.
