There is something going on with their coconut cream pies at this location. I have purchased two and both taste sour whereas before they were the most delicious pies in the world. I bought the first one and it tasted sour and I thought it was a bad one so I threw it out, then I bought the second one and it also has this sour taste to it. I love their pies and before they used to make them on Wednesdays, so I showed up today (Thursday) to get a replacement. If you are coming to this particular location for a coconut cream pie I would suggest going to another village in due to this. I don’t know if they hired a new pie maker or if the original pie maker is losing their touch but after coming to this location for a long time I will unfortunately be trying the other village inns to see if I can find that original taste.

I usually love Village inn but this one had multiple Pieces of HAIR found in our food ? it’s only hair but someone else’s in our food. So disgusting. They remade our plates twice and it stay consistent with finding a piece of hair. Watch your food please …

Poor VI is on the downhill slide. Great service, but really low quality food. Nothing wrong with the way it was cooked, just not good anymore. Too bad, because VI was a staple.

I don't ever remember getting bad service or bad food at VI and I've been there a lot over the years! Typically I go there for breakfast and the green chile sauce that they serve in the Albuquerque restaurants is really good! The pies are AMAZING so I'd recommend getting one to go if possible and they have a good variety. Not a 5 star only because it's a chain restaurant and there's nothing that sets them apart from the rest. Well, maybe the pies so I'll go with a 4.5

This is my favorite eating place for breakfast. Service is always good. Food is usually with in 15 minutes depending on how busy they are. Food is cooked to my liking. Good for family get to gather’s

Village Inn closes at 9 pm now? Are all the waiters a bunch of babyboomers or something? I'd just like to enjoy the fruits of western civilization at 9:30 pm before the nukes fly. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?

I love the village in their breakfast are awesome the service is top-notch every time we go there the servers have a smile I would recommend this place for breakfast

I love my experiences here. The waiters & waitresses are always in a great mood. They have a welcoming atmosphere & the food is always delicious. 24 hr menu of breakfast, definitely the place to go for pancakes or burgers anytime of the day!

Wanted something sweet. VI has the best lemon meringue cream cheese pie. High calorie but so worth the treat ?

Food was good, service was a bit slow for it not being very full. The waitress was nice, polite, and a bit scatter brained. She was bringing another table with just an older husband & wife as she was approaching the table and dropped the food tray.
