upon researching I see this restaurant is only rated 3.7. there's a reason. Extremely rude customer service. I only came into this restaurant to pick up a delivery order but I had to wait in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes and still no one came out. When I went to the kitchen door to inquire about the order and picked it up off the table a woman snatched it out of my hand and treated me like I was a criminal. On top of that she tried to report me for picking up an order for my wife with a broken leg. I would never visit this establishment because they are extremely rude.
Service was fast and courteous. The food had plenty of flavor and was piping hot! The portion size was big, but not too big. I felt like my money was well spent. Bonus, they're one of very few places in the area to get late-night food that's not national chain fast-food. It is tucked in but plenty of parking is available in the immediate area. I'll definitely be going back!
Ordered food from here on doordash and I was hungry and excited for the meal. However whenever it did come it was in these plastic container and the soup was water with hair in it. The rest of the food I tried and it tasted rancid. Never again. The Thai place that was here before this opened was amazing and perfect though. I did get my refund from doordash when by the time I had to reorder food things were closed.
The handsome man at the front, Cliff, is as charming as he is welcoming. Don’t let his prophetic beard fool you, Cliff’s wisdom is not only limited to the red seas. The ambiance of the restaurant is quaint and authentic and the food has a noble bite that only King Solomon may attest to.
I go there to pick up a GrubHub order for a customer to the v wings restaurant in Albuquerque I asked to use the restroom they told me I could not use the restroom because I'm not a customer I had to wait a whole hour for their order! Then I finally get their food and I come out of the door to walk to my car and the workers little boy is taking down a sign that he cannot lift in his way too heavy for him which is a humongous Pole and it falls right in front of me two feet away from hitting my head I go to tell the worker what happened and he tells me to get out of here these people have no sense of humanity nor professionalism this was extremely a violation of me being a human being let alone me being at their restaurant and possible danger then the guy starts yelling at me telling me to get out of here even more because I refuse to just walk away and I told him that I could sue him if it did hit me needless to say I will never eat there and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone because your life could be in danger and they would not care
Coming on some Fridays from UNM to get some dinner and get back to keep working on my lab stuff. Good affordable food. Try Chow Mein, is pretty good
I had an Uber eats order ($60 order). The description on the web menu was not was I received. I ordered Chicken Chow Mein, Shrimp Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Drop Soup. There was about 1 teaspoon (not an exaggeration) of addition ingredients (chicken, shrimp, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, Chinese pea pods, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus) in each container. Plus, there was no Chinese pea pods, shiitake mushrooms and asparagus in the dishes. I literally receive 2 boxes of nothing but noodles and one box of noting but rice. The egg drop soup was the same, no ingredients in a watery, watery, watery broth. I did call the business to request a refund. The girl who answered the phone was rude and short. I did talk to owner. He was very polite and very gracious and apologized for the condition of the food and said to request the refund from Uber eats. This really is the worst Chinese food in Albuquerque.• Update on this Review (MAR-1-2022) Uber Eats gave me a credit!
This place was a complete let down. The food was not that great.they have little ity bity shrimp. The spring rolls were a disgrace! All mushy inside.. and the boba tea I ordered tasted like soap.. ordering here almost ruined my whole night.. I will never order food here again.. EVER!
Is decent food, but kind of not worth the wait or the attitude/rudeness you get from the staff.
So I ordered all vegan food on door dash through this company. The rice noodles soup came with an egg floating in it. I called the store and the employee stated she understood my frustration and the owner honestly doesn't know what vegan means. I literally couldn't eat any of the food after that. Door dash refunded my money but if you're vegan this is not the place for you!
