The wait. Staff is very nice and helpful with a menu that has a lot of new flavors that you might not try unless you ask if they have had it before. The patio is large and clean the food is great and they have a decent selection for drinks.
Ordered on the website a specific pizza paid with credit card. order gets here and its not what i ordered. i call urban 360 they say there is nothing they can do i have to contact door dash, my response was what does door dash have to do with my order all they do is deliver for you. They would not do anything to help me. last Time i order from here. Owners Eric and Wei
The restaurant is on a main road not too far from where we were staying. A band happened to be giving a live performance when we arrived. I assume that the attracted a larger (and noisier) crowd than the restaurant typically has. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was good; the prices were about what we expected. Overall a fairly good experience
Discovered this place driving down Menaul one day and decided to give it a try. Overall the pizza was good and the wait wasn't long. Outside patio is nice. My only gripe would be that the glass that my marble double white was brought in was extremely dirty and hadn't look washed. It was replaced no problem but dishwashing techniques need to improve. Overall is was a decent experience and a little on the pricey side. A personal size pizza will set you back $15.00I will probably try this place again and hope for a better experience.
We went to Urban 360 to watch our daughter and granddaughter do a "paint nite". They painted, we drank beer and ordered food. The green chile wontons were awesome! We also split a Philly Cheese Steak that was delish! Lots of meat, and it came with fries and 4 onion rings! They have a nice looking patio. TV's to watch the game. My daughter and granddaughter got a veggie sandwich. We had alot of fun!
Ordered pick up. Arrived when texting stated it was ready. Took another 10 min. Several staff present, no one providing information about it running late or amount of time to wait. Received wrong dessert. Food ok.
Well that was disappointing. We ordered from here tonight via Uber eats. My husband got a cheese steak which was described as sliced steak, American cheese, onions, and mushrooms. Plus a side of fries with onion rings. My husband asked for no mushrooms and onion rings only for the side. He got a cheese steak with no mushrooms but they added bell peppers. He also got fries and onion rings instead of just the rings. To top it off there were only two onion rings.Moving onto my order. I order the chicken tender app that showed 5 tenders in the photo. Well I paid $8.70 for three skimpy looking tenders with ok buffalo sauce. The tenders aren't even good, they were thin and not very crispy.Definitely not ordering here again.
I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't located in a bad area. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean as well. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
I absolutely loved the BBQ pulled pork pizza! The philly cheese steak pizza was alright it could have used a sauce of some sort but all in all it was a wonderful experience tied in with food and atmosphere! Oh and of course can't go wrong with a cannoli for dessert!
Really cool little resteraunt and the food was amazing!!!
