I'm very happy with what Upscale Burgers has done with the old Johnny Rockets. There are quite a few burgers and sandwiches on the menu, and the burgers are fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The shake was good, albeit in a smaller portion than other places in town. A large fry is enough for two, and they were tasty and not overdone. Service was friendly and responsive. Upscale Burgers lives up to its name and creates a dining experience you'll go to the mall for, rather than a restaurant you'll only frequent because you were already in the mall.
Have eaten there 3 times and the food is absolutely delicious. Tastiest hamburger I have ever had. My grandkids say the same about their chicken tenders. Food plentiful, presentation always beautiful, everything always nice and fresh. Staff always friendly, food served timely, restaurant always spotless. Highly recommend.

That was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the melt (I forgot the rest of the name) but the meat was so flavorful and soft. It was delicious. Me and my husband were treated like royalty as well. The people there are so nice! I will 100% be back and will highly recommend to go in there and check it out.
Bad.Many ingredients tastes like they came from whole foods and then resold to you at a higher price.The Chantilly cake on display is dead on whole foods' product.The burger meat is decent but is ruined by the bun. It's so thick it dominates any potential flavor. Every bite pushes all the other ingredients inside out the bottom of your into your hand. The bread also tasted stale.The Brie Burger I bought also had big clot of dirt in it, which indicates the spring mix was not washed before serving.The brownie milkshake was made from low quality ice cream. There were so many ice crystals are running through it and may as well have had ice cubes blended in.Honestly just go to five guys instead. You'd be paying about the same amount of money and not feel cheated afterwards.
Great burgers. I had the Bistro Burger, if you like a lot of beef you'll love this burger. Think pot roast on top of a perfectly cooked burger pattie and that will give you a good idea of the scope of this sandwich. My dining partner had the Chipotle Burger. His comments were "there's a whole lot of flavors going on here, in a good way. He found it " refreshing ". He's looking forward to another visit to try something else on the menu. Now why three stars. We arrived at 5pm on a Thursday and service is pretty much non existent. As you walk in there is no indication that you order at a kiosk iPad on the front counter. The staff there saw us did not greet us or direct us to the kiosk until I asked if we were just supposed to sit anywhere. Once seated our drinks took about 10 minutes to come out. The burgers and fries about 10 min later. The fries were cold and greasy yet crunchy, weird. The sweet potato fries were just OK. I had to get up to get utensils and I had to go to the counter to get a refill on my drink despite there being several "servers" behind the counter. So to recap, really good burgers, greasy cold fries, bad service. If you can tolerate that, you'll enjoy an exceptional burger.
We ordered for delivery last weekend and the fries were missing. I called the restaurant several times to request a refund but it always went to voicemail. I left a message, but never received a call back or refund. Disappointed in the customer service.
Decided to wander around the mall and had no idea this place was here since I never go to cottonwood! Very good desserts! Ordered the green chili cheese wedges and those were amazing. Turtle shake and brownie Sunday were both great as well. Will return to actually try a meal!
If you haven't been, your missing out. One of the best burgers around. I had the brie burger & caramel cream shake.
Had the pleasure to dine at Upscale Burgers. The bacon Bleu was amazing, as well as the chicken avocado melt and fries. The staff and owner were super friendly. The restaurant was a classic burger style afters the 50's decor with modern ambiance. Really cool.
