I used to really enjoy this place. My recent visit didn't meet my expectations. Granted it's been quite a while since my last visit, the atmosphere isn't great anymore. It's not very welcoming. It actually looks like it's going out of business. They used to serve your order on real plates with real flatware. Now it's in Styrofoam containers and plastic ware. There was no one to bring out the food to your table as before ,so it's even more like a fast food joint. Sadly, I feel the quality of the food also isn't the same. There were also quite a few dirty tables. It's just not as good overall as I remember it to be.
The female person that took my on intercom was very very polite and no long wait. GREAT. It was night time, too. AWESOME.
Correcting the mistakes made by their employees on orders without having to wait days and make it so complicated. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Will not be going back to this Twisters again.
It was really hard to find a delivery menu but once we did my family of a total of 7 finally placed their orders. I can't remember what everyone ordered but it took like 45 minutes to get the food & about 20 minutes to fine a valid on line menu. Plus it is a bit higher if your getting it delivered.
Doors were locked & only drive through was open due to lack of staff. Picked up a burrito with Christmas chili. It was good, not great; I won’t be in the area long enough for a second chance.
Cooking up specialties more than their food they are known for. Staff seems to care and serves you good hot fresh food
Good, filling burritos. Bean and cheese was whole pinto beans, which was a nice surprise. Chips and salsa plentiful, butt salsa came in two small containers, which was odd. Curly fries were like regular fries, but curly, not seasoned differently. Fine with me, but... Just so ya know... Good quick food.
The Twisters on Juan Tabo never seems to have fry bread and the Twisters on Eubank simply cannot seem to get my order correct to save their lives! The order included an Indian taco, no beans, green chile, ground beef. The first order was a taco salad.... Nope! I call the manager, speak to Ernestine who assures me that she will see to my order remake personally.... Clearly what the customer wants doesn't matter to this location!!! My Indian taco is ground beef, green chile... But there's a TON of beans. I can't eat beans which is why I order the way I do. I will NOT be going back to Twisters for a while. This is just absolutely ridiculous.
Really great egg burrito...egg, potato,cheese, chili. Alot of times I have a hard time eating eggs in the morning...but this was good! Fast, friendly service at drive thru
Went through the drive-thru everything was good this time last time I got the wrong order didn't check it but it was still tasty they're getting a little skimpy on their chili but still the roast tasty
