This place is a joke my meal was not a large twister Burrito it was half eaten by the employees an I found hair and food two much money to spend for that an there's might have been spite in our food.I used to love this place now all that work there has to be fired immediately they didn't want this job. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves.
Staff was very nice. My burger was perfect. The price was even better.
Not just every fast-food joint is state-specific. During the pandemic, some of my favorite spots in the area stopped doing takeout, which meant I couldn't go. Twisters serves up some messy New Mexican style fast food with decent red and green chile. I'm partial to the "Indian Taco" myself, even though the fry bread is a bit doughy. For a quick splurge, try the chile-cheese fries, Christmas style. If you add lettuce, tomato and onion, they're a meal by themselves.
Bad service here. Drive threw takes forever. No one is in front of me and bade to wait for 45 mins. And still nothing. Drove to the front window and they are all there laughing and giggling with each other. Also when u go in, no one wants to help u. I waited there last time for 30 mons and I told them to and all they told me is wait. Really rude employees. Sorry but its the truth and what I see . And people that have gone there have to be bad experience with them...I give it a 0 star
Charging 7 dollars a burrito and they are super small! Not good at all. I’ve never been so disappointed with twisters before.
This location consistently gets orders wrong. While the receipts are correct the staff seems to serve whatever they feel like instead. Having eaten at Twisters for over a decade with no issues this store has now ensured that Twisters will not be getting any more of our business.
Went to get a burrito on my way to work and it was not busy, not a single person in line. I order my burrito and ask for no cheese. Pull up to the window the lady is talking on the phone to someone else not even paying attention to the customer. When I drive off with my burrito I go to eat it and first off there was cheese in my burrito. And the burrito wasn't even rolled into a burrito it was just thrown in the wrapper. Tried calling twice to ask to talk to a manager and bo answer. Horrible service and food was not great.
Great visit and transaction with young new employee. He was so kind to offer to help me carry my order out to my car. His name is Isaiah. He said he had just started and was nervous. Anyway love Twister's food. Just wish they would have not stopped carrying the apple bites. Such a great dessert.
Never a bad experience. Careful when ordering, your eyes may be much bigger than your stomach. Excellent choices on their menu.
This place is the worst place to eat! Me and my husband went in to order and no one acknowledged us whats so ever,we waited patiently ,nothing I finally asked he he was going to help us ? He looked at me with such afwul attitude and said I'm busy taking drive thru orders and said he will take ours when he is done, finally we ordered he didn't give us our drinks,ok fine we waited 15 minutes and went up to ask about our order he told me with attitude I don't know, all other staff were in the back laughing gossiping, with loud Rapp music playing, my blood is boiling this the worst place ,these staff employees need training on treating customers actually they need to be fired, being in retail business over 30 yes I have never seen a place with rude unprofessional employees, shame on you twisters, I will pass this on to all customers etc
