Came in a few days ago and had a burger and fries. Worst burger in Albuquerque. No sauce and was told if i wanted mayo i had to pay extra for it. Fries were limp and cold, no salt or catsup in bag. First time here. Next time i will go elsewhere.
Another wrong order. After waiting 25 min. in drive-thru to pick up online order got home and found 2 missing items - no tacos on combo platter and no red on the side. Potatoes on Twister burrito were cold and under-cooked. Seems like there's always something wrong lately - either really slow service or missed items. Used to come to this location a lot but now crossed off our list. Too bad.
Quick service and friendly staff. My new found favorite is the Indian Taco with ground beef with sour cream and salsa. The breafast burrito with bacon and green chili is good too!
The quality has suffered drastically. The last two times I ate here I was not satisfied. Don't order any of the chicken sandwiches, they're horrible. I will not order the burritos either. For the money you can get better quality and quantity at Stripes which is about a block from here.
We had a great experience tonight at the menual n university location! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The Twister burrito was spot on, and the green chili cheese burger was amazing! We will definitely be back!
Ordered a double patty with NOTHING on it, explained 4 times I wanted it PLAIN. This is the trash I ended up with, also didn't get my large drink. Too many other places to waste money here ever
No public restrooms. And when we try to get my eight-year-old son in there to use it they wouldn't allow us without a purchase which I guess is normal but I mean come on he's a child how is he supposed to hold it.? Trying to find a place that actually lets him use the restroom in Albuquerque is next to Impossible. I guess it's a big deal somehow to let an eight-year-old use the restroom? I was going to purchase prize but when they were being jerks about it I decided not to because of the way they said it and the attitude they gave
Waited in line for 35 minutes. They forgot my drinks vut was charged. Forgot entire entree i ordered! Ridiculous... Horrible. Rhey had huge line and people leaving like crazy! Maybe short staffed. Or new workers but they def need to get it together!
I got a sausage breakfast burrito, and another, probably carne asada, the night before a long day of air travel. The breakfast burrito was delicious even after a long day in my backpack! 11/10. I'll update on the other burrito after breakfast. Gotta go back for a freshie ?
Correcting the mistakes made by their employees on orders without having to wait days and make it so complicated. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Will not be going back to this Twisters again.
