Power punch of success my favorite place to eat when I come to Albuquerque can’t beat it fast and healthy! Where else do you find that special combination?! Only here! Don’t miss it! And it’s a place who still knows the definition of excellent customer service!!!

Been here so many times and it’s always hit or miss. So inconsistent and the wait times are atrocious. Had them repeat my order to me and pay at the window to wait 15 minutes for them to not know what my order was? I get it can be stressful but it’s not rocket science. Hope the owners get more involved and start properly training these workers.

Waited in the drive thru over 22 minutes for a single smoothie. Literally trapped in the drive thru. It would have been a smart idea to have the car that ordered so much food to have parked and waited for their order instead holding up the rest of us. Won't be back.

Placed an online order on the app for my timed lunch break for work. The app gave a specific time to pick up the order. I arrived 4 minutes later than the pickup time. When I asked for my order, the employee said that they were making it right then. I had to wait an additional 8 minutes from my specific pickup time for my food to be prepared and handed to me. Don't give a specific time for pickup if it's not going to be ready at that time. Thank you.

Customer service was pretty poor. They handed us the bag and then asked why we were still waiting. We had ordered to smoothies as well and then we realized they also forgot one of our sandwiches.

Horrible experience.... don't waste your time coming to this location. Drive thru only, no access to in-store pickup & No notice posted l. Drive thru access creating congestion to get out of area. Ordered on line with in store pickup....can't do that. Waited 45 minutes to get order. Not the best quality. Refund was a hassle to complete. Definitely losing a lot of customers including this one. Poor customer relations!

Count me as yet another customer who just had the worst experience at this location. No food service while still well within open hours. And not even the courtesy of having even a simple sign to say there's no food service so people don't get trapped in the long slow line while trying to leave because the food items are unavailable. Avoid this location!

Two watered down smoothies: one was "spicy" and one was bland and "off". Our throats were raw after a few sips; leading to a belief that the sanitizer water may have still been in the blender when blended. Go to Squeezed Juice Bar just down the street if you want quality products and decent service. I don't work there nor get paid for saying so. I just expect better.But I digress... We promptly returned to the store, went in, asked for a refund, and threw away the drinks in front of the staff to make sure they knew we weren't trying to scam them. The refund reflected on my credit card as pending so I threw away the receipts. The next day, the refund disappeared and I was charged the full amount. There were multiple red flags with this place (which we usually love). Zero questions were asked as to why we were returning the drinks and nothing was offered to amend the situation. Additionally, the drive-thru wait was 15 -20 minutes. There were three cars in front of us. They were out of blueberries and instead of allowing a substitute, we could not order any drink that contained the ingredient. When I asked if they had any boosts, they said no. When I walked in, there were four staff in the shop and only one blender (from what I could see)... in a smoothie shop. Something is really, really wrong with the management of this place.

Order often here and is usually great but this time around was very disappointing... the food preped was definitely not tasty and was unable to eat most of the food ordered. On top of that the smoothies were also no good and the flavor straws we got were completely broken. The employees there seemed like they didn't want to work either with the attitude they had. Will probably not return to this location.

I'm seeing a lot of 1 star reviews lately so before I write this I'm questioning if it really is the stores fault and not Doordash, but here we go.I ordered 3 food items and 2 smoothies. The food items were delivered, the smoothies weren't. I called the store and explained the situation and the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about saying "Oh the order must've not came through yet." Well obviously it did since my food was delivered, but the smoothies did not. She also mentioned the wrong name 2 or 3 times but once we finally figured it out, she claimed to have given the food AND smoothies to the driver.I contacted doordash with my order number which is a separate nightmare, but they said because the food was ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app and not DoorDash directly, they can't do anything and its up to the store to refund me. I can't really be bothered to figure out whos at fault with these huge corporations pointing the finger at each other. But thats my experience. I rarely leave bad reviews and I rarely have food delivered, now I remember why. Its not the money but these smoothies aren't the cheapest thing around (which I understand, because they are good quality) but the principle.
