Worst experience ever. Walked in and was greeted with “CASH ONLY” luckily I had cash but was given dirty looks by the workers becuase I continued to walk in. They were cleaning up as if they were ready to close but it was only 7pm and the hours posted said 8pm. I asked if they were open and they answered yes but some rude employee who clearly hates her life said something under her breath. I didn’t respond to her because I didn’t hear what she said. Like I’m sooooo sorry you have to do your job. I worked customer service for years and I totally understand when someone comes in right before you are ready to close but you continue to do your job. With a smile because you are still on the clock and are getting PAID.
Went to the coors location at 7:45pm and the doors were locked (closing listed at 8pm). Staff proceeded to just stare at me and my daughter with “sucks for you” looks on their faces. What wonderful service.
Worst customer service I've ever seen in my LIFE. Went around 6 pm on 3/29/30 and the employees hid in the back. We could hear them laughing when we walked in, but suddenly went quiet and wouldn't come up. After 5 minutes an employee finally came up, was super rude and short with us and acted like they were SO annoyed that they actually had to do their job.Worst part is my wife got her smoothie she's gotten for years and it tasted worse than it ever has before.Customer service is non existent and food quality has gone down terribly.If someone from Tropical Smoothie Cafe is reading this, you really need to worry about the night crew you had on 3/29/30
So disappointed. I understand everywhere it’s short staff but if you guys are going to be opening later put a sign on the door. An employee saw me at the door instead of telling me they were opening at 10 because they are short staff . She decided to hide. So unprofessional.
I don't like doing reviews unless I have something nice to say, but dear lord this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Went on 4/5/22 around 6:00 P.M. there were three younger girls working there. Not one acknowledged us when we walked in. They weren't even busy. We could have stood there for an hour. Not to mention they completely messed up our order which was incredibly frustrating but the place was a mess. Either all three girls were new that day or they were just hoping no body would show up.

Order online . When I got there wasn't much people in there( 4) but order wasn't ready I even toke awhile to get there
Got smoothies for myself and the kids. The girls loved it. My smoothie was really good also. Only downside is they only have 1 size smoothie and it is quite big. Service was friendly and quick.
It's a shame that a smoothie doesn't taste fresh and sweet naturally without adding sugar. Even the detox green smoothie which says it is naturally sweet is so bland and the smoothie has more of an ice consistency like a slushy than a creamy smoothie. I even added avocado but that didn't help. I have not tried the food.
Great smoothies a little pricey though.
