I really enjoyed our date night here. There was a good amount of food on hibachi plates. I did not leave hungry and wanting more. The chefs where great, ours was really fun and I seen another doing balloons for the children. The only thing that could use work is the soup. It has little flavor and was not very good. My drink was never empty. Staff did really good at keeping us satisfied. I really want to try the sushi next time. I would recommend.
I'm surprised by the bad reviews. I haven't been to a hibachi place in a long time and ended up here after family visiting from out of town picked where to eat. We were a party of 10 and got seated immediately on a Sunday night. The food was decent, prices very reasonable, and the show was first rate, very personable and humorous guy who spoke English and Spanish and joked in both (my wife and kids are Bolivian and my wife speaks limited English so the attention to detail from our hibachi chef putting on an inclusive show was much appreciated). Service was prompt and we all had a blast and will definitely be back!
Great dinner. I had the filet and scallops. It was great! Perfectly cooked.
Favorite sushi and sashimi spot! Its our usual go to for birthday dinners for great hibachi! My husband and I love the staff and atmosphere. Linda is our favorite server, we always make a point to greet each other and check in with her. We go at least two to three times a month because it's where we enjoy ourselves the best when choosing to eat out.
We enjoyed our lunch ~ the complimentary miso soup was very good, followed by gyoza, spicy tuna roll & an avocado roll. The restaurant itself is very nice looking and our server was very pleasant. We will return.
Awesome. Super fresh and well done. The monkey roll was so good... but I got it not fried so the scallops were raw...yummmm. I came back and had it the next day.
Excellent taste, sat by the grill and the chef was not only friendly and entertaining. But he was also attentive and prepared Excellent food.Great experience, that I would recommend.
It was my first time here and I sat at the hibachi table. I Ordered Land & Sea $75.99 for 2 people. Our chef was great and very entertaining! It's was my niece's birthday and she enjoyed it! My only issue is: I like my food served all at the same time, not a fan of getting rice, then noodles, then cook the steak, shrimp and lobster. Their sake pina colada was very yummy!
My niece and her husband took my husband and I out for Mother's Day dinner. We have never been to Tokyo Hana, we have been to Hibachi One on Coors. They are similar in what they make. It was very good and the service excellent. I now have become a fan of the food at both places, and I would definitely recommend them both to go eat. You can bring your left overs home to have for later.
The atmosphere is pretty cool and the staff is nice but I just am not feeling the food. The sushi never seems fresh and something about the sauces they use that don't blend well with the food. For example, they give a chili sauce with an egg roll and the katsu chicken had a vinegar like sauce. Where I come from the sauce is everything. Another reason for my rating is the pricing is too high. Their lunch specials are $13.00 and that just seems to high to me for a lunch special. In LA lunch specials at mid tier restaurants are under $10.All in all it isn't the worst. But do the ends justify the means? I think not.
