The food looks really good. Was a decent portion but very tough to eat. It was more like a dessert pastry than a waffle. I had the peach cobbler waffle, side of bacon and a large orange juice. The bacon was good and orange juice I believe was fresh squeezed. $22+ tip.

This place is amazing. Came here on a really sad trip because my sisters human life ended. Of course you have to eat so I wanted to make sure and select good restaurants for the family. I’m gluten free so I was especially excited about the blue corn waffles. I ordered The Guadalajara with a side of bacon when we first visited. It was so good we came back for our last day breakfast and ordered the same again but with sausage on the side. Also the maple latte with a caramel drizzle. EVERYTHING was amazing. The music, staff, coffee, tea and atmosphere were great and though we didn’t sit on the patio out back it gorgeous. Thank you to the staff for being a bright spot on a emotionally charged trip.

Latte cost $3.50, size is similar to Starbucks “tall”.

Great tasting waffles. We got the impossible waffle breakfast sandwich, which was an impossible sausage patty scrambled eggs and swiss on a regular waffle. The only issue with this one was that the waffle was so tender that it fell apart while eating the sandwich. But it was a great combination of flavors when you add just a touch of syrup. We also got the azteca, which was a blue corn waffle think sweet tamale flavor) with chocolate whipped cream, chocolate syrup, carmel syrup and some chilli powder to top it off. It was delicious. Only thing is that the blue corn would have been better with the sandwich. All around a good place to get some tasty bites.

Came here on a whim on a Saturday and there wasn’t a wait, which was nice. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The cashier taking our order wasn’t very welcoming, I felt rushed looking at the menu. The guys who brought out our food were very friendly though! The waffles themselves were more on the dense and tough side, not as fluffy as I thought they would be. But the flavors were good. What irked me when I looked at my receipt was that I paid $4.25 for a cup of apple juice. ? I definitely felt some buyer’s remorse after ordering this lol. Overall, bill was $20 for one order of waffles, apple juice & tip. ? A good-ish meal at treat-yo-self prices.

Waffles are massive!!Pictured: Tostada waffle add egg. The waffle itself was very tasty and corn based so gluten free!Red chili was spicyyy but complimented the waffle well. If you’re not into spice, I’d go green chili. I did Christmas chili (both red and green).

On the ottom a blue corn waffle topped with fluffy eggs and and amazing red and green chili finished with melted gooey cheese. . This is a must try and a very like will become a true addition . Don't miss out on this one. There aren't enough stars to rate this local gem.

You’ll see lots of positive reviews about Tia B’s, and truly, the food used to be really good. Admittedly, this place was always a bit of a headache. Too busy, almost exclusively outdoor seating, counter staff was always disinterested at best, but historically the food was enough to make up for it.They don’t even have that anymore. I just went back for the first time after the pandemic, and it was absolute trash. You can no longer split your waffle order into sweet and savory, no warm butter, etc. After being told I couldn’t order the toppings I wanted, my food arrived and the waffle was wrong. I waited for 40 minutes for my order to be fixed. When I finally got my waffle, after everyone in my party, and indeed the entire restaurant, had finished their food, I discovered that they’d changed their recipes too. I received what I can only describe as a cough syrup waffle. It was absolutely disgusting. No offer was made to fix the situation.Terrible experience.

Really great food and coffee!! They have outdoor and indoor seating
