Donovan the manager came in clutch during my time of need in arranging a large party reservation. Even the daytime hostess was really sweet over the phone.The waiter really needs to get out of the service industry. I believe his name was Victor. He was rude, unprofessional and really made us feel like he didn't want us to be there and was bothered by our presence. He mentioned to one of my family members that he could find someone else to be our waiter. He obviously had an issue.The food was actually really well prepared and was quality. Textures and flavors were on point.If the rating was based off of my server, I would give it one star. But, overall thanks to the kitchen and the front of house I give this place 4 stars. Will I be back? Unlikely, but I wanted to give great thanks to Donovan and his team.
We sat with Roxanne today! She was awesome! She gave drink suggestions and food suggestions! She knows the menu very well and was so helpful! Her personality is outstanding! She matches our energy to the T! Definitely won’t be sitting with anyone but her! She is the perfect representation of a star employee, no doubt about that! Thanks for everything Roxanne !
Ordered the Chicken Madeira and the Chicken Bellagio. The Madeira was delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes had a chunkier texture which I prefer. The Bellagio wasn’t as creamy as imagined, but lots of pasta was included. Our server was attentive and patient as well :)
I am never let down by the bread at the cheesecake factory. It's just such a highlight of the experience. The ultimate margarita was too sweet and I strongly suspect it had a sour mix in it but the bourbon and honey was well executed.
This is a favorite place for me. I love the blue cheese dressing here. It's SO perfect. Service today was a little slow but it was still a great experience. I like that they have gluten free on the menu. They even have gluten free cheesecake options!! ?
Food was of such low quality and tasteless. I have been to other Cheesecake Factories, but this place is a definite, NO GO! I have no idea what is wrong with this place...could be the poor management as the hostess was busy on her cell phone and not able to greet us.
Website says most of the tables are reserved for walk ins so not to worry about reservations, but arriving at 7pm on Monday night found a 50 minute wait. Takeout from bakery was fast and met our needs.
Cheesecake factory has always been good to us. We did show up at 4:30 expecting a long wait, and there was a two hour wait. We were prepared, so we walked around the mall for awhile. We tried the fried avocado wraps, and although it was a little too "veggie" for my taste, the three sauces made everything worth it. Next time, I will try to order something else that have those three sauces. I ordered my usual jumbalaya plate, and it was delicious. The pineapple upside down cheesecake was the best I have ever ate. I tried the coconut mojito, but it was not as good as I expected. I will definitely go again.
food was delicious. i cant and have never complained about the dishes quality. The service on the other hand was so disappointing this trip. Our server Lina E. was horrible. got our order wrong. had to send one entree back which then made all of the members of the groups dishes cold. we didnt want to be eating while our daughter waited for her food. it took our server several trips to bring coffee then sugar. then several more trips to get our order. she was slow, lethargic and dismissive. it took so long for anything we asked for. take home boxes. ordered a cheesecake to go. she brought ticket then we waited more time, she finally cashed us out and never brought our cheesecake. we got up and went to leave, stopped by cheesecake bar and they were so rude asked for receipt made us feel like thieves trying to get an extra piece of cheesecake. they finally found her and gave us our dessert and tried keeping the receipt. i had to wait another few minutes for them to go back and find my receipt. rude dismissive and uncaring. we spent over $100 dollars and still gave a 20 percent tip. our server and the service today was a joke.
So Sunday 4 of us tried to dine in and it was a waitime of 30 mins.Yersterday Tuesday I called to make a reservation,they told me they don't take reservations for parties less then 4.....So we went there at six, the hostess wish it's not friendly told us that the waiting time was 30 mins.We wait 30,I went and told her we haven't had the text yet and she told me we have to keep waiting....in not a friendly manner....we end up getting a table in 55 min waiting time,I notice almost 10 tables totally empty and alot of people waiting.Our server was absolutely friendly and polite,food took some time to get to us,the food was not what I was expecting my parmesan herb chicken was oily and I end up with terrible heartburn, calamari was good.My companion didn't like his gumbo he said it was tasteless ?,I really want it to go there and I finally did ....I feel disappointed ☹️? some how I feel it didn't worth the 76$ ??and the 55 mins waiting to get in.
