This was our first visit to Thai Spice, two of our good friends brought us and we were very impressed. I always try the Pad Thai to see the care the kitchen takes in the preparation and they hit the mark! It was delicious! The service was outstanding, efficient and kind. Prices were very fair. Can’t wait to return.
We had a delicious lunch here. We chose the lunch menu, both dishes were delicious. Very clean restaurant & spacious. Will return here again.
Food was alright. Better Thai around town. But what makes me leave a review is the looooong wait time for food. I ordered over the phone with a wait time of 40 minutes, but I ended up waiting in the store for an extra hour. I had to go request about where my food was -- I suspect they lost the order. The order wasn't correct either. I probably would have been forgiving of it all, but there were no apologies or acknowledgement of the time or effort it took to get the food. Previous visits weren't a walk in the park either. Third and last time I will order from here.
Great vegetarian section on menu with tofu which seems like vegan to me. Since we found this pace we re regulars. Very tasty flavors, I have taken non vegan friends here and they loved it as well.
I tried this place based on several reviews citing its offerings as "the best Thai food in New Mexico." I came away disappointed. I ordered green curry, which was extremely watery, gruel-like, and not rich and thick as Thai curry should be. Worse, despite the restaurant's name, there was zero spice to the curry; it is probably the blandest Thai curry I've ever tasted. This isn't the 1960s, and especially in New Mexico, people can deal with spice. At the very least, the restaurant should ask its customers how spicy they want the dish (as Krung Thai does, for example). The pad thai (always a go-to dish for rating Thai restaurants) was only slightly better. It lacked any peanut topping and the soy-flavored sauce crowded out any peanut flavor. I grant that Albuquerque is not LA when it comes to Thai food, and I'd love a truly excellent Thai place here (next candidate for a visit: Orchid Thai), but even so, there are better options in the city.
My husband and I are huge foodies and this is my new favorite spot. Had their food about 6 times now and it has been excellent every single time. Love the vegetarian options. Fresh and flavorful with super generous potions. Love the pad Thai, spicy fried rice, spring rolls, and the stir fried basil is my personal favorite. Just sad when it’s all gone! :)
I had the lunch chicken pad Thai...hot. portions were plentiful. Was tasty. Soup came out with the entree so had to eat fast before everything got cold. Service was slow but they were busy. I'll be back to try the Tom Yum soup...my favorite.
Delicious. The service and food was exceptional. The flavors were on point. The best Thai in all of Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Absolutely delectable.
The food is tasty and beautiful! Customer service is always phenomenal! We prefer to call in and pick up. It's always wrapped and organized nicely with hand written notes on the containers regarding contents and a smiley face. We love this place!
Very tasty food. I had the green curry and I asked for Thai hot. It was not spicy whatsoever. If you like it hot, you may want to ask for extra spice. We also had the pineapple fried rice which was excellent. The portions are massive. I liked that they had seating outside and kept drinks filled. Service was excellent!
