Arrived with reservations for 4. My daughter was on her way and shortly behind us. They refused to seat us. There were no other parties waiting and the they had plenty of open tables. My wife has bad knees and back. They did not have or offer a chair for her to sit. With all the tables open they just watched us wait and never offered to see us. When asked why they risky said because it policy. If they were busy I could understand but the place was literally 50% empty. Terrible service and lack of compassion. But I guess they don’t value customers or care to show good customer service.
I was so hungry. I appreciated the homemade bread and butter to make my stomach happy until our food arrived.

My husband and I LOVE Texas Road house. It’s the All American place to eat so we enjoy having date nights here. My husbands steak was cooked incorrectly and the manager Eddie was so on top of it! She took care of us and made sure we still had an awesome experience. I don’t normally write reviews, but this manager went above and beyond and deserves recognition. They’re lucky to have her!
Haven’t been here in a long time so we visited today for lunch. Service was great. Wait time was very short. Food was excellent. Our steaks were very tender and cooked perfectly. Peanuts are no longer served inside but they’ll gladly give you a bag of peanuts to take home to enjoy. You can check in on the app for call ahead seating. We will definitely come back!
This place is so busy, but it's totally worth it to wait. The service is good for the way things are right now. All the staff is very excited about you coming to visit the restaurant. The steaks are great always cooked the way you want. The drinks are really good and priced reasonable. Get the peach fuzz. I had the broiled shrimp. It is always good. You must try the hot rolls w/cinnamon butter.
This Texas roadhouse was different and now I can understand why it was packed great service waitress made sure we good and made sure everything was perfect the whole time and that's impressive considering how full it was the food was good and hot definitely recommend this one forsure
My husband and I have been customers here for years and we went this week to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Noah was unbelievable! Absolutely the best service we’ve ever had at the restaurant! He gave us recommendations that were excellent, was super friendly, and just nailed everything perfectly! The manager came over to say hi as well and she was so pleasant and friendly and I commented to my husband that it was refreshing because you could tell her positivity was genuine. I don’t know if this is a typical Monday night, but the whole staff was just so upbeat and on point! You could tell that they enjoyed their jobs and were working hard to make sure customers were enjoying everything. We’ve rarely ever had a bad experience here, but I wanted to leave a review to really highlight this amazing manager (I didn’t get her name, but she worked Monday night and has blond hair), and Noah for his awesome service! I hope they get recognized for making our anniversary this year Awesome! Thank you!
We went on Valentine's Day and while the place was very busy, the service was still excellent. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted even better than I remembered! The dividers between all of the tables makes dining in feel safer, and shows that the restaurant is wanting to protect its patrons. Give them a try, you will be glad that you did!
What happened here, Covid?Customer service was great. Food went down in quality and size, just spent 120.00 for a birthday for my daughter she loves the place, I don't know why. Serving under cooked onions, over cooked steak, under cooked Salmon, hard baked potatoes? Hate to complain about stuff but when you plan stuff like a birthday, and it comes out bad? It's just a waste of time and money. Stay at home and make it yourself.
