This place is consistently great if I get breakfast or regular meals. My only gripe would be the coffee runs out sometimes but they’ll make more and are nice about it. The food is always so fresh.
Horrible rude staff ; done with this place. Drive through staff outside with tablet and so I'm already stuck in this line of cars or I would have just drove off. Asked the staff if they had any watermelon water today? he replies - "why wouldn't we? " I replied " because it is seasonal and I have been there and it was out or not made before ". He rudely says " what season is it ???! it's hot out ! so of course we have it ! " Could have just said yes we have it. 5/15/22 11:45am, Coors location 87120. Food was fair to good, had an issue with #95 item. Supposedly was scrambled eggs w/ sausage over 1/2 Avocado. Well sausage was so small & amount too that couldn't see any,nor taste it. Prepera
This is a favorite of ours, but half the time we have to have them remake our food since they almost always get the order wrong even after getting it right at the cashier. Literally more than half of the time, they do the order wrong. But the food is good and the employees are usually great so it's mostly fine, we understand. It's frustrating but we choose to keep going so that's on us lol
Not sure if the staff was new or what was happening but our experience was a mess. They seemed very disorganized and even after trying to confirm our order was correct before leaving we got to our hotel to find out that it was not. We had some food made wrong and we had ordered and paid for a large chips and queso but they only gave us a small side of queso but after being in the car for 12 hours that day neither of us wanted to drive back and we were just left disappointed. I would recommend one of the other locations in Albuqueque because this is the 2nd time I’ve had issues at this location but have never had a problem at any of the other locations.
Hi This is what I think about Taco Cabana it has its ups and downs but no matter what they take pride in what they do I never had any problems with their cuisines but as hard as it is with the pandemic and not getting the proper experience workers that are willing to work I understand on the times that are going to be less than normal but they always will make it right. thanks for your time andhave a good day
I stopped going to Taco Cabana a couple years ago because they got my order wrong three times in a row. I decided to give them another chance. Went to Taco Cabana last night and ordered 1/2 lb. of CHICKEN fajitas. I received bits and pieces of BEEF and CHICKEN that looked like it had been sitting out. The meat was dry and burned. This place has been getting bad reviews for years and I still get bad service last night. So is anyone at this location reading these reviews?
This restaurant had all the required general standards, it was clean, polite employees and the most important very No outstanding food quality I did enjoyed eating there.
I love this place and their food, but they ALWAYS mess up my order or give me the wrong order. I promise, it happens every single time. I recommend checking your order completely before you leave. The food is always amazing and the staff is always very friendly! If they do mess up your order they always make sure to fix it or if you call they give you a credit for when you come in. I think they give you up to a week or two, to pick up the order that was messed up.
