The best place on the westside for sushi. The chefs are down to earth and so friendly! The staff were amazing too! if you sit at the bar and tell them what you like, they will create something just for you. So cool to have creative sushi chefs who use fresh ingredients to make an amazing meal right here on the westside of Albuquerque.
The sushi is always bomb. But this last time we were very disappointed in the quality of the ?. Sushi isn't cheap, so when we pay high-end prices for high end food we dont want to have to scrape our avocado. no one wants low quality ingredients.. please don't serve this to your customers
Get the boat, if you have never had one you will not be disappointed. The sushi is on spot and the staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t be shy to ask questions they are all here to teach us. The green tea is perfect but it HOT so sipping is recommended. Try a crunch roll they’re the bomb too. I have been here about ten times and now the review can be done. Come eat smile and enjoy your family too.
Best sushi on the west side! The service is phenomenal.Sushi is naturally expensive, but consider it an investment for your taste buds. And this location is a very good value! The New Mexico roll, spider roll, and ABQ roll are my go-tos.Tempera green chile in sushi, GENIUS!!
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was incredible. This is specifically why it is five stars. Our servers were Logan, Elizabeth, and Tun. Logan would always check on us to make sure we were having our best time, Elizabeth was very peppy and nice, and Tun was nice and welcomed us back like she remembered us from our last visit. I would suggest Charrito Roll, it was great. What I loved is the portions were big and delicious. Sushi King is really the king of sushi.
I love this place. I was craving sushi but I wanted something close to home, I have had many friends tell me this place is a great place to get sushi so I tried it for the first time. I got the arigato roll and the crunchy shrimp roll and egg rolls. It is so delicious and I would absolutely ? recommend this place. I will be returning!
My favorite Sushi King. The staff is always very nice and the sushi is delicious. It's not always very busy when we go.
Don't even bother. If they forget to put in your order the lady will admit to forgetting it and instead of making it correct will yell at you for asking about it , then cancel it. Then your poor uber eats driver will have spent 30 minutes waiting on nothing because uber eats won't even give them your tip, although you request they do. Then when uber eats gives you your money back and credit, the sushi king in another town will complete screw up your order and you'll be out 100+ for 4 rolls because you have covid and can't leave the house for your husband's birthday...Sushi king in any city or town in this state is obviously awful with their service, just stay local if you can.
Guess I should have left when I walked in, said “hi” & was greeted with a cold stare & “are you picking up an order”? Dropped almost $25 on the worst sushi of my life. Do NOT order combo B. 7 piece nigiri was a huge disappointment. The few pieces of nigiri that had fish were thinly cut & not fresh. They actually used imitation crabmeat for 1 of the nigiri. Another one was Tamago (egg). Total gip. They used way too much rice for the nigiri & California roll. Also too much rice wine vinegar. I ended up throwing away most of my meal. I’ll stick with Ichiban.
Nicest people to ever serve me and immensely fast, if you want the best sushi in town you got it here ?
