The food is good. The service can use some improvement. The young stoner kids who work at Sushi Freak are really slow. There can be no rush and it will take 30 minutes to order and receive your food. Make sure you have plenty of time on your schedule if you are craving sushi freak.

It's ok and they have different foods compared to the same old stuff every one else has, but it just takes too long to prepare and I had to pass three times in a row because with just two or three people ahead of you it takes 20 minutes or more to even order, then another 10 to 15 to wait for your order. And 5 minutes to eat very small portions for a high price. I'm not a sushi eater or a sushi freak, so I'll pass on These places from now on.

They were VERY slow. About 20 minutes to reach the end of the line and there were THREE people in front of us. ??‍♀️Also, whenever you’re actual in the prep line, they don’t have the items displayed for the build-your-own options, so I guess you have to memorize all the items you want because the covers also don’t easily show what items you can pick from. They looked confused when I asked what sauce options they had by the time we got to the end of the line. Again, I hadn’t memorized every piece and I’m sure I’m not the first to ask. Finally, they overcharged us! We didn’t notice until we walked out the door and looked at our receipts. We should’ve spent close to $10pp and we each spent closer to $15!

Love Sushi freak! It’s super close to home and the staff is always so nice! 10/10 recommend!

They are so awesome! The manager is so welcoming and upbeat. Made us feel right at home. All employees were smiling and happy to be there.Good convo while we waited. And the food was great. Thank you guys ♡

Honestly disappointed. I’ve been picking up lunch orders for my work for about a year, & today was honestly a waste. Don’t build your own sushi burrito! It’s the same size as a sushi roll for $15! They combined all of our sushi rolls in one box, when one of us have a food allergy! ? it was so bad I wanted to give it a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one star ?

This was our second time here and it was disappointing. Our 1st time here we were charged $44 for two rolls and had had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to open the drawer to refund as as the lady charged us for 2 rolls twice. People make mistakes, we are only human. This time we stopped by for 2 rolls again for 3 people. We paid online, no one greeted us as we walked in and tension was cut throat with 3 employees working this afternoon. No communication, just tension. The young man laid out the receipt and it fell into the krab mix which I thought was unsanitary as we don’t know if the receipt could have fallen to the floor. We purchased two drinks and were not told that their “Stubborn” drink machine was out of ice. Which makes me wonder how their keeping their food cold on the sushi counter. We then had to convince the lady that there was no napkins or chop sticks by the coke machine. She proceeds to give us one napkin and one fork, for 3 people which my husband, daughter, and I were present for. We’ve decided we won’t be returning. For a restaurant that automatically charges gratuity for online orders at least pretend to be happy with your job. It’s a blessing to have a job and customers to serve. No one should hate coming to work.

I ordered the beach bum sushi burrito! Yum yum yummy! First time trying a sushi burrito and was not disappointed. We actually Doordashed the night before and I went back the next day for more! Friendly and fast. Also did curbside pick up with no issue. Definitely will return!

Alright so I have eaten at this location since it opened. We usually go once a week for our “out to eat place”. We’ve had just about everything on the menu and it is all delicious.I’ve taken friends and family members over the years because how common is a freakin sushi burrito?? Yum!My one very minor con is inconsistency, sometimes you get a nice fat burrito, sometimes you get a skinny taquito burrito. Either way, we still love this place and are thankful they opened up on the west side.

Staff is super rude even the manager was disgusting on the way she presented her self I have seen this location crash down to the ground in the last month . I ate here for my last time . I did not want to leave a review but i had no choice. My last three experiences in the past three weeks have been worse and worse plus the sanitation is so out of protocol. I am amazed this place is still in business does corporate not keep up with the way things go. Food is not what it used to be and if the owners read these shame on you for not taking the time to see these issues i don’t know how to reach out to corporate but I will continue to try and figure this one out
