My opinion of Starbucks has started to decline over the last few years. Coffee is getting too expensive, they are seeking every opportunity to “cheapen.” People are paying five dollars for coffee and they can’t even provide a sleeve for the cup. Also, the majority of orders that we get there are now coming out wrong. If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to deliver a premium service.
Always good best coffee and lates if you don't mind paying the price
The nicest crew of Starbucks employees in Albuquerque for surrrrreeeee! Always so kind to a girl!
Great str8 up coffee and cream. Enjoyed my team RWB meet up there ?
Normally they do OK. Today the fat girl forgot to put the espresso in my latte so when I got home I took a sip of milk and syrup. I should’ve realized it wasn’t done before I left because the volume in the cup was low and it didn’t have the whip cream or caramel drizzle but I didn’t care so much about those finishing touches. She also managed to give me the only tomato mozzarella panini that didn’t have any mozzarella on it. They’re made and packaged elsewhere so that one isn’t her fault, but it just added to the disappointment when I got to work and had to drink my sweetened milk with no coffee.
Not a good review, ordered a grande caramel macchiato ,and tried to order a croissant but no luck ordered a grill cheese, also no luck, was happy I was at least gonna have my coffee,as I drove away, I realized I had just payed 6.00 dollars for a cup of plain coffee, I made a u turn, parked my car went inside, asked for manager, told her my problem, she looked at the order on my cup, and told me she would make me a new cup ,no apology just a shifty attitude, at this point all I wanted was a refund, over priced and rude service, this is the one behind Valero gas station, on the corner of Jefferson and San mateo
Went inside to stand there for over 10 minutes and watch 5 employees completely ignore me and never take my order. Awful customer service!
I honestly have no words. We drove up to an empty drive thru and a guy says "Can I help you?". I read off the first item of our order and there's silence. I figure, okay, maybe he is new and doesn't know to respond when they acknowledge the items. I go thru my whole order (pausing after each item) and still silence. We wait a few minutes and nothing. We say HELLO and a girl rudely comes on and says "Wait a minute!" We wait a bit longer and then the guy comes back on and asks if we have been helped. At this point I have no faith that they are competent enough to take our order or make it so we say nevermind and leave. If they had technical issues, let the customer know. Don't sit there in total silence. I'd like to say they were busy but sadly the lot barely had any cars and the drive thru was empty. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO RESPOND APPROPRIATELY! Never again!!! We need a new coffee chain because lately the Starbucks in the heights just can't cut it.
My wife was having eye surgery around the corner so I went and hung out here for a while. Great service, happy employees and a great caramel macchiato! What can be better on a cold morning?!
It's Starbucks, need I say more? Awesome crew really good positive energy. Just what you need while starting (or ending) your day.
