This location is normally busy in the morning hours and the staff is friendly. For this trip I ordered a grande sweet cream cold brew coffee with extra cream. My coffee was pretty strong without the extra cream.

Screwed up drive thru layout which causes unnecessary volume of traffic backed up through parking lot so it's hard to get in even if you're planning to park and go inside. Nice staff that gave me a free sample of the nitro brew (thank you!). Restroom has an electronic code lock that you have to get from staff but it was pretty clean. There's a little grassy area along the sidewalk for the pup to stretch his legs if you're stopping here for caffeine on a long road trip.

Don’t go to this location. Just don’t. Pretty much every time I do, something is wrong. I usually just deal with it, but it’s getting old.The worst time was when I had ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso but with almond milk instead of oat milk since I have celiac disease and oats typically contain gluten.Order was correct on the screen. I pull up and I hear the employees talking quietly. One says “should I be nice and fix it?” After I hear that, the worker hands me the drink, and another employee comes up and tells me that they put oat milk instead of almond milk. Guess she decided to “be nice and fix it” after all.I hate wasting things so I ask them if the oat milk is gluten free. They don’t know. So they do re-make it for me.Other times it’s usually just the wrong size, or hot instead of iced.A couple of days ago, I had ordered a venti iced almond milk honey flat white. I always order this drink and always order it iced.They gave me a venti hot. I normally would just take it but I wanted the 4 shots instead of 3, which is why I order iced. Also it was a very hot day. So we tell the worker and she doesn’t say a word as she takes the drink back, as if she’s bothered by us wanting our correct order. We get the correct order and go on our way.Yestrday, my mom had gone to get our drinks. I had ordered a venti pink drink. They were out. So she ordered me my usual, the venti iced almond milk honey flat white.My mom brings the drinks home and first of all, I notice mine is not full, like noticeably not full. A few inches empty. Then I notice it has cinnamon on top which is weird because I know the drink I order doesn’t have cinnamon. Then I look at the label and it says “venti iced chai tea latte, oat milk, cinnamon powder.”So I will not be drinking this due to my celiac disease, most oat products contain gluten, and the workers can’t answer if it’s gluten free or not.My moms order was correct, venti hot caramel latte. Simple. But she did tell me that when she said venti for hers, the worker said “did you say Grande?”. No. Then she asked “did you say “non-fat?” No.So maybe they need better head sets? But that couldn’t be the only issue since the orders are correct on the screen yet are still messed up. Yesterday, the person even correctly repeated the order to my mom yet it was still wrong.I just don’t understand what is so difficult.Thankfully, we were visiting family out of town for a couple of months and we are going back home. So yesterday was the last time going to this location.

Never ran into this issue before, I was served cold drip coffee that just tastes like milk? Like, I go to Starbucks because it's strong and, even with the amount of cream I use, cools it off to just drinkable. This tastes watered down and seems like more milk than coffee was used. I'm kind of blown away, I have never had this issue anywhere I get coffee.

Got to window drinks weren’t ready yet I asked for chocolate drizzle all over this is what I got ?girl taking our order was pretty rude?

Rarely ! make my coffee correctly.They just throw the coffee out the window at you as fast as they can !I say this, " Where's The Love !? , Where's Respect,!?I always, ask, this way," please let me have a Vinalla Latte, candy please make my Latté, Extra Hot, And would you, please, make my Latté foamy."Now, most of the time, my drink is filled to the top milky looking liquidy yuk, for I aways open the lid to check, Not only this, But, The FLAVOR ! IS NOT! THERE ,, !I want A Latté, Not, Hot-Chocolate.When, I ask , them to fix my Latté, as I had asked,--- the way I want it ,Pleasssssse,I Get, Extremely, ! Hateful Eye Look.As, They take my cup, they take it, with the Rolling of Eyes, No Words, Storm away, and a Not like you look.Sad !though when they push out the window the 2nd, cup,............. #1 DID Not Add Vinalla.#2 DID Not make Extra Hot.#3 DID Not make it correctly, Something ! IS, ! Always,!!-----------Wrong ! again, ! Drinks and coffee well made. Nice clean location with pleasant and polite staff.

Convenient location, near old town and I-40. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the shady looking people in the adjoining Burgers King parking lot.

Inside seating areas were not clean, bathroom was fithy despite having a code to open the door, trash cans overflowing, there were no napkins and when we asked for some he just pointed to the bin where there WERE NO NAPKINS. Order was messed up and when we asked for a correction he just poured the foam off and added cream. Staff complete apathetic
