Always friendly staff, especially for such a busy store!
I've always loved Starbucks but their drinks at this location are the best.I think that they were also the nicest employees.?
Very slow. I watched the batista pour a half a bag of beans into the big hopper that was 75% full, while not making my drink
This is a great location. Right in the middle of Uptown. I go in a lot to do some work outside of the house and I've always gotten some of the best service.
Be careful ordering at this location! I ordered a DECAF americano because I am pregnant and shortly after finishing it I started feeling wired and got a terrible headache. While I cant prove anything I know its wasnt decaf. If it was an accident or intentional still would be nice for the baristas to pay attention. You never know why a person orders something
Keliegh, Sophie and Jazmine always greet me by name. They make sure my Drink ? has just the right amount of Cinnamon and Whipped Cream. They will even walk outside to personally hand ? me my Sandwich ? for a personal experience. I wish all stores had a Personal Customer experience like this. Shondra a new Employee is beginning to learn this Technic.
It is hard to go wrong with Starbucks, but this location has particularly helpful and friendly staff, a nice ambience, and of course, great coffee, etc.
It's a nice place but a little bit difficult to get into and out of.
Came in for my birthday drink and they were super nice!! My boyfriend isn’t a very big coffee drinker and they gave him so many options. Normally when people come in close to closing they have attitude but not them I will definitely be coming back to them well I’m in town!! Thank you Kiana and Cody for your help!!
Starbucks is a great place to relax and the pastries, cakes, and drinks are excellent. Although I prefer to relax at a local coffee and pastry shop, there is only Starbucks in my neighborhood where quality drinks and atmosphere can be experienced early in the morning.
